  Definitely doing my own oil changes from now on. You know I was getting my oil changed there because I feel like it is a nice thing to pay someone to change my oil for me because it gives them a job so I was trying to help them out and I just kind of didn't really want to do it. They've been very dishonest both the people in the store and their corporate people. So I got my oil changed and he showed me the dipstick and it was at the bottom line where it says empty to add more and so I asked him to add more and he put the dipstick in and then pulled it out and he left the oil run up the dipstick to make it look like it was full and then he showed it to me and said he must have just didn't put it in all the way the first time or something. So I thought my engine was running hard a couple days after that because I got my oil change on Saturday and Monday came and I got off work and I felt like my engine was running hard and I checked the oil and it was at the bottom line so that's how I know he didn't fill it all the way up he just told me that he did because he didn't want to fill it all the way up so I left them a review talking about it. However I went back there later for an oil change and I know they remembered me because the guy said he remembered me he hasn't seen me in like a month. And I was very nice the first time I gave one of the workers a hug through my window. However the second time I think they were upset about the review and they tore one of the boots on my ball joints because it's been squeaking ever since. I got the car probably a year earlier and it had all new suspension and I was very impressed with how quiet and soft it was and it wasn't until that second oil change that started squeaking and they specifically told me they put fittings on the suspension so I bet you more than anything they went and tore one of the boots because they were upset about that first review. Their corporate people were saying that they would work with me on it and they we asked you if you took it to mechanic and then we never heard back from you. And I said well yeah I just went to the mechanic now here I got a quote it's like $600 for a new ball joint. And then they just started ignoring me. So I filed a claim in small claims court the thing is I'm just broke I don't have the money it's really not fair they went and messed up my suspension when I was trying to help them out by getting an oil change their but I don't have the money to get the papers served. So I might have to just dismiss it and then sue them again later like I don't have the money to fix that ball joint and they're the ones who messed it up because they were throwing a fit that I left a bad review because they didn't put enough oil in.

  I have been going to Valvoline for a while. each time I have gone I have gotten the best of care. Professional, fast care. Well trained. I will be coming back. And I have told my family and friends.

  I've gotten my oil changed here 3 times and the people were always friendly, fast, and efficient. Very satisfied with these guys and would recommend them to anyone. For an oil change on my 2015 Camry, I paid about 84 dollars including the oil itself.

  This is my first time at Valvoline and I absolutely loved it. Even with it being busy things moved quickly. I loved staying in my car and the workers were so kind and explained things so well. I didn’t even know this existed but now I do and I’ll continue to go back.

  I love that they scan your vehicle door to make sure what oil goes into the vehicle. I have been to multiple oil change places and they ask or do. I have had one place but the wrong type of oil in my vehicle! They have amazing customer service. All of the guys that worked on my vehicle very friendly. The assistant manager has amazing customer service! They aren’t pushy with other services either. They let you know they recommended them but don’t let try to do sales shit to make you feel like you need to do it now. I will be definitely be back!
