It is pouring rain outside, and they all had smiles on their face and we’re happy to help me. And on top of that, my oil change took probably five minutes at most.
- KBKayla BarnesAug 5, 20261.0TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Broke my parts on my car to fix a light bulb out because they dissembled the whole bumper. They were not gentle at all! I got home and seen the light wasnt flush with the car. I took it back they could not fix it because they broke a piece that holds it secure but told me it would be okay no water would get in the light. I told them they needed to fix it. Then they broke the clips that holds the trim on my car!!!! Then I see they cracked the body from tightening the bolts too hard. Im going to contact cooperate and will never come back to this place again! Imagine they cant change a light bulb and your trusting them to change your oil and not having the integrity to tell you they made a mistake you have to call them out!
