  I would love to see the company have a phone number that dials directly to the branch you need or even at least to a human. That part of the experience was frustrating. I gave up on the phone automated system that didn’t work good at all. I absolutely would have gone through a different company at this point if I was in a position to get my car to a shop. I submitted an online quote and window replacement request. The other thing I didn’t care for was the quote method. I was quoted $86 less than what the bill actually came out to be. They don’t add the recycling fee in the quote and I’m not used to the ridiculously high tax. (I’m from back west) I put overpriced because I had to replace the windshield in March and only paid $386 to replace it - in Utah. In Tennessee it was $517. So for scheduling or reaching out to the company I’d give 1 star. Cory was the guy that came out to replace my windshield. If this company had more people like him running it, they’d need to hire more people to keep up. I give him 5 stars. He’s personable, professional, and efficient. I would use these guys again only because of Cory.

  This was the third windshield I've had replaced at Safelite, and each replacement has gone smoothly. Always quality work done on time, with no mess left behind.

  On 6/25/26 at approx. 8:05 am I witnessed a safelite van license plate # 596 3CM swerve into the right hand lane narrowly missing a city bus and causing the bus to slam on its breaks endangering the driver, passengers and cars following the bus. The safelite driver was selfish, reckless and irresponsible. If this is the type of people they hire, you should consider going to a company that actually cares about its community and their safety! This one obviously doesn't!

  They said they could do the programming on my cars camera when I scheduled and then made me take it to the dealership in salt lake when they couldn't. The dealership told me the windshield they used is not Land Rover brand glass and they wouldn't be able to fix it. I will no longer recommend Safelite to anyone.

  Stephen did a great job. However, my drivers side ditch light was damaged during installation of the windshield and nothing was said to me about it. I will be contacting them to see if they will take responsibility and replace or repair it. I am disappointed with service based on this point alone. The windshield replacement looks great otherwise.
