I have a membership at judges, and just wanted to do a quick single wash here while in town running errands, and the employee working as cashier was too pushy and genuinely ruined my experience. I’m sure that they are asked to guide people to a membership, but I stated I did not want one multiple times, and then he asked if I knew how their memberships work. I said yes, and he then asked me to explain it back to him to make sure I actually knew how a membership works. Seriously? I don’t like being pushed, and don’t like being treated like I can’t understand a very simple concept. This confirmed my choice to stick with judges from now on.
