  Was good until they charged me $450 after returning a vehicle. They even gave me my deposit back before charging me. I called and they said my insurance didn’t cover the whole time period. I called my insurance and they said differently but they called enterprise for me to have them cover the bill and I would be refunded. I had to call enterprise a week later asking where my refund was. The employee told me I was wrong, was very arrogant about it. Then he said he would check the other system , whatever that means, then magically realized I was right. Said he refunded my money to my card. I pointed out it took me calling for them to do their job. That’s when he hung up on me. I did express how frustrated I was about all of it when I called but don’t be arrogant and smug and say you did nothing wrong just so you can hang up when I point out that it took me calling to get my money back. I actually feel sorry for the guy because he was set up for failure if he has to check multiple systems to realize the customer was right. What a joke.

  Our rental vehicle was clean and ready to go when we picked it up. It was the perfect vehicle for the gear we had. We have used Enterprise in the past and will in the future.

  Rented a car from them. Was told one price. And when we returned it with no damage or any problems and they added charges. No reasoning either just added it.

  Rented us a car with a shoddy transmission and warning lights. Claimed damage that they could not prove we caused. Left me standing in a 90 degree parking lot for half an hour while he went inside. Gave a partial refund for the transmission and warning light issues. It's too bad it's about the only option in Logan.

  The employees are always kind- that’s the only reason for not giving this location 1 star- I travel alot and rent from enterprise at every location I fly into and every where else is always quick - Logan is my home base so when I rent a car from here I have to plan a good 45 min to get the car- even when doing the online reservation. 9/10 times they still have to clean it- or gas it up! My reservations are at 9:Am and it’s easily 10 before I am on my way/ very frustrating. If there was another car rental Place here, I would switch.
