  Terrible service, reserved a car months in advance and I used a credit card online to find out they don’t accept it at the door. Had someone come with a credit card and they gave me a whole run around for 3 hours and then proceeded to say they couldn’t help due to circumstances. When asked “what circumstance” proceeded to just repeat “due to circumstances” without letting us know any actual circumstance. When stating policies online failed to uphold it and said those policies aren’t for this location. Very bad experience.

  They are truly the best. I've rented from them for the past 3 years multiple times and I have never had a bad experience. When I was out of state and had to exchange a rental through another store that was horrible, they went above and beyond to make sure my kids and I made it home safe. They took care of everything so I had no worries during a very difficult trip. I can always count on the Logan guys to have great customer service. They are always helpful and dependable. Even when you're miles away.

  I had a rental covered by insurance after an accident. They worked with enterprise and made it all pretty easy. Thanks guys!

  Hi and good morning. I wrote this review as a human, not a promotion or an AI bot. I have used this location and Enterprise multiple times. They have never failed me or let me down. The vehicle's have always been clean and well maintained. Customer service is amazing. Even when they are having an off day they always have a great attitude towards everyone. This location is centrally located in Logan, on the bus line too. So it's super easy to get to. The prices on the vehicles is more than reasonable. Plus the $20 insurance is a huge bonus. Basically heaven forbid anything outta your control happens to their car you are covered. No other rental agency offers that. I know that first hand. And they have an area to park your car why you are renting theirs too. So this is why I stick with enterprise and this location. Knowing I am taken care of, my rental won't break the bank, my vehicle is covered no matter what, the people who work their care, and the location awesome. Plus if you ask they do have perks and discounts to help the price of the rental should you need it. I 1000 percent recommend Enterprise. Jennifer Cuellar
