  I had an outstanding experience working with Matt Puffer at Penske. From start to finish, Matt went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and professionally. His communication was clear, timely, and helpful, and he took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I had exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, but Matt clearly takes pride in his work and it shows. Because of his help, the entire process was easy and stress-free. Penske is lucky to have someone like Matt on their team. If corporate is paying attention to customer feedback, Matt Puffer absolutely deserves recognition for the exceptional service he provides. I would highly recommend working with him to anyone needing truck rental services.

  I worked with Matt to put in a reservation for a one-way truck from Utah to New York! He was super helpful and patient and found the best truck and solutions for our company! I really appreciated his local and personal touch instead of sending me to a customer service agent in a different place to handle my reservation and questions. I'm a very will be a returning customer!!

  I reserved online and there was a price miscommunication and they offered to cut the price down to what was expected when we reserved it so we wouldn't have a heart attack from the bills. They gave some of the best customer service and empathy I have ever come across and were very aware of the prices and wanted to make sure we didn't have to overpay. Phoenominal place to rent from. I could not be more glad I came to this place! They helped me so much. Highly recommend them! They also had tons of truck inventory so you are pretty much guaranteed to get the truck you need.

  We use Penske all the time for our business. Sadly, we were given a truck with a check engine light on and asked to swap out. We were asked to provide payment for the second truck and was told we would not be charged for the first truck. Sadly, we were charged for both and after inquiring our Sales Rep has ignored our situation with the charge still on our card. We'd love to work with you but I'm not sure why we would be expected to pay for a truck we couldn't use.
