  I scheduled an engine rebuild with natural solutions and was dropping it off on January 24th and was given an estimate of 4-6k for the whole thing and 3-4 weeks for how long it will take. After I dropped of my car I waited and called 2 weeks later asking for an update and they didn't even start on it because they got behind on a previous truck which is fine but I had no communication about it. I called every 2 weeks because I wasn't getting any calls about updates or anything. When my engine block got back from the machine shop I got a message for a down payment and the price went up to 8k which was a shock since I got no call or message saying it was more expensive than the original estimate. I paid the down-payment so they could work on putting it back together and they gave me an estimate of when it would be done which it wasn't so I called the week after and they gave me a new date which than didnt happen again so I called again and gave me a new day which again didnt get completed by until the week after the date. The price also went up after for a 2nd time which I had no update beforehand about. I ended up picking it up on April 13th after being told it would take 3-4 weeks. I then picked it up and it was fine for a good 10 days until I was driving it home today and it died on me it may not be a problem from the engine but im still not happy with how long it ended up taking. I was recommended this place from my shop I go to so I was expecting a good shop to get it done but clearly its not the shop to go to for me. Going from 4-6k estimate to 8.7k without any communication is horrible.

  Mike and the crew at natural solutions are rockstars. If you need a good, honest, mechanic, who will get the job done for a fair price then this is the place. I’ve had vehicles repaired by them for fixing suspension, emissions, brakes and even had a Natural Gas system removed and they were not only fair but fast as well. Take your vehicle here. You won’t regret it!

  I honestly can’t recommend them enough! They have worked on many of our vehicles and we always get good honest diagnostics. Mike and his team take the time to explain to you the mechanics of what their fixing, and break down all the cost. Their prices are fair and and pretty much can’t be beat. I wish there were more mechanics shops like these guys.

  Natural Solutions is the best repair shop ever! I’m so grateful we found them. I will never take our cars anywhere else. They are just super honest, good guys. Thank you for keeping our cars running and safe!
