  I scheduled an engine rebuild with natural solutions and was dropping it off on January 24th and was given an estimate of 4-6k for the whole thing and 3-4 weeks for how long it will take. After I dropped of my car I waited and called 2 weeks later asking for an update and they didn't even start on it because they got behind on a previous truck which is fine but I had no communication about it. I called every 2 weeks because I wasn't getting any calls about updates or anything. When my engine block got back from the machine shop I got a message for a down payment and the price went up to 8k which was a shock since I got no call or message saying it was more expensive than the original estimate. I paid the down-payment so they could work on putting it back together and they gave me an estimate of when it would be done which it wasn't so I called the week after and they gave me a new date which than didnt happen again so I called again and gave me a new day which again didnt get completed by until the week after the date. The price also went up after for a 2nd time which I had no update beforehand about. I ended up picking it up on April 13th after being told it would take 3-4 weeks. I then picked it up and it was fine for a good 10 days until I was driving it home today and it died on me it may not be a problem from the engine but im still not happy with how long it ended up taking. I was recommended this place from my shop I go to so I was expecting a good shop to get it done but clearly its not the shop to go to for me. Going from 4-6k estimate to 8.7k without any communication is horrible.

  Their prices are fair, the employees are helpful and friendly, and they're fast! I was dreading taking my car anywhere due to the stereotypical mechanic but had a completely opposite experience.
