  I've been to this place a couple of times and their customer service is great! I needed to have emissions done and renew my registration and they took care of it for me. They even sent me a coupon, how awesome is that? I will going here from now on.

  I got my trans serviced here this week and had a wonderful experience! The employees were friendly and helpful, and the shop was clean and inviting. I really appreciated the refreshments. They were quick and I was in and out in under an hour. Caleb was the one who billed me out and he was delightful! I liked how they didn’t try to upsell me things I didn’t need, but let me know what my car needed and how they could help me solve any issues. 10/10, I will be coming back!

  This place WAS awesome... emphasis on past tense. I used to come here all the time for oil changes and whatnot as it was very convenient for me. The place is run by teenagers, but it hadn't bothered me before as they HAD previously done a fine job. However, this week, I stopped by for a quick oil change while I was in a rush back and forth between errands. After about 20 minutes, one of the teenagers comes in and tells me that the cap on the oil pan was put on crooked and cross threaded. Instead of informing me beforehand (as I had an appointment to take the GRE in a few hours and was pressed for time), they pulled the bolt out and stripped it, breaking the pan. So they told me I was stranded for the next several hours, as the car was undriveable, and would miss my test which cost me hundreds of dollars to take. Scrambling, I was able to find a friend to get me back home quick. However, instead of owning up to their mistake, they tried to pin me with a hefty charge to fix the damage that THEY made! The guy even kept saying (and yes this is an exact quote) that, "we broke the bolt when we pulled it out of the pan." I asked, if I was going to have to pay for the repair, will I at least get some sort of discount to compensate for their actions? To which they said no. Luckily, I did not end up paying for the pan thanks to my father who picked up the car (he has a google review about that experience here too and I'd recommend reading that, especially as they have tried burying it with several 5 star reviews with no comment). It's one thing to not communicate before acting, even when you notice an issue, but another thing when you can't even take accountability for your actions. I should have expected as much going to a place run by kids as they apparently can't take responsibility like an adult.

  If I have to take my car somewhere to get maintenance done, THIS IS THE PLACE! They are so quick and professional upon arriving and greeting you. They have soda, popcorn and water, all complimentary. They print out a service review and let you decide if you want other services done, with no pressure. Air filters, wiper blades, lights, all up to the customer if they want them replaced. They are all so professional and kind. This is why we love Grease Monkey, Pioneer Crossing.

  This place is terrible. The manager was rude, unprofessional. The service is overpriced. They broke the oil pan on my sons car and blamed us for it and tried to charge us for the repair. Family and I won't go back. To contrast this, I had a coworker who experienced the same thing at a big o tires, only they took care of her. Provided her a car to take her kids home and didn't charge her for either the repair or the oil change. They owned the problem that they caused. Thats a manager who understands how things work. This place is a dumpster fire.
