  I was recommended this location by someone who used to work here - definitely would second this recommend! They were fast, friendly, and were not pushy whatsoever. Breath of fresh air!

  UPDATE: I do very much appreciate the owners reaching out to me proactively on this. It does show that they do care for the service rendered. We all make mistakes, and can only ask that we learn from them! I went in for an oil change and emissions. It was performed relatively quickly and all seemed well. This would have been a great experience if it ended there. On my way home, when my car went about 50 mph, there was a loud slapping noise that started under my car. I had gone home later from work, and once I discovered it, I called them at 6:45pm. I asked if I could bring it back and have them look at what was going on, as it had not been a problem previously. I was told by a worker and then the manager that unless I got there before 7pm, they would not help. I explained that I would be just a few minutes later than that, as I lived in Saratoga. The manager told me that they all had families and obligations and would not help if I was after 7pm. Listen, I am a small business owner, and I know that if you cause an issue, you take care of it. You own up to it and make it right. They would not budge and told me I would have to come back the next day. I found a neighbor to look at it who found that the splash guard had been put back improperly and it was missing pins, so I knew what had not been done. I returned this morning and explained the situation, and told them what was the likely problem. They took the car back, and about 10 minutes later, it was done. They told me what was wrong, said t was fixed, and that was it. There was no apology or acknowledgement that they had caused the problem. I was not expecting a free oil change, but a simple I AM SORRY would have gone a long way. Anything. There was none. It was a terrible show of customer service. I had not yelled at any time during the call or this morning. I had not demeaned any of them. I just wanted the problem fixed. For the 30 minutes I had to take away from my office to get it fixed, I was not even given the apology. I figure 1.5 stars would be appropriate, but went with the 2. They did the job, albeit causing an issue. That gives them 3/5 for that. Service 1/5. So they get the 2 stars, and think that is valid. If you want the job done and it gets done properly, they hopefully can do it, but do not expect them to care much for caring for you as a customer.

  Specifically went to grease monkey to get my emissions done and also asked for an oil change. Told them when I pulled up and they said they would do them. However they did the oil change first came and after that was done came over and told me they couldn’t do emissions their machine wasn’t working. I would have appreciated them being honest and telling me that from the beginning then I would have gone where I could have had both done. Felt very dishonest and shady
