  They throw in extra charges and fees to jack up the price and then offer small discounts to make you think you’re getting a good deal. 50 dollars for a cabin air filter that costs 12 dollars (not including the extra 5 dollar service fee). I paid 182 dollars to get an oil change, an engine flush, and a cabin air filter. Did the same thing at Valvoline a year ago and I paid 85 dollars. They’re ripping you off like crazy, don’t go.

  I had my son take my vehicle to get an oil changed and I get a call from their pushy sales men and he proceeded to tell me I have slush in my oil tank. I said oh really I don’t believe you since you sold me the exact same thing last time I was there. He said I am honest and I would never lie to you and told me there is no way that is true. He then proceeded to look up my last oil change which was less then 2 months ago and said oh what you bought only last 1 or 2 oil changes. I said then it should be good since this is the very next oil change. I was so mad at this point that I said no extras on my car. So if you go to the Lehi Store don’t do an upgrade because the guy is just trying to make his extra commission. Now I am worried they won’t even do my oil change because I am not there to make sure it happens. I am also very frustrated that when I go to do emissions they only have one guy and he is never there. Hire someone new please. It’s happened 2x to me. Also they have gone far down hill since the day of flowers, door opening, soda and popcorn and free car washes. I probably should find a new place to get my oil changed or learn how to do myself.

  They said it would take an hour to do my emission inspection and online registration, I was out in 56 mins. Thank you for quick and convenient service.

  Sydnee was amazing! She was very informative and answered all my questions about my emissions testing. Highly recommend Grease Monkey in Lehi! I bring both of my vehicles here and will continue to do so every year to get my emissions and registration done.

  Excellent customer service. Fast and efficient. I was in and out in no time. Very friendly staff. Been coming here for years and they’re consistently good! Never had to wait long.
