I have been sending a large volume of our company and personal vehicles to this shop for some time now. Before any work began, I spoke with the new manager. He assured me he would take care of my daughter’s car while she waited in the lobby and give us a better rate than a standard discount that everyone gets because of our combined business and personal accounts. Nope, guess not.

No longer accepting coupons for emissions testing makes me also want to go elsewhere. Ive been coming here since it opened. Thanks for making me now want to go anywhere else where I wont seem like a bother that I dared drive my vehicle up.
