  This has to be the worst one I’ve been to usually I love these places for my vehicles and I have multiple but no one greeted me been sitting here for 30 min and no one has said anything to me there’s a bay open and we’re not even trying to get cars serviced will not be coming back to this location. Worst customer service with this one. Also when did we become lazy on taking out a drain plug now your using a vac to empty. I don’t trust that at all

  Although I’ve had exceptionally positive experiences in other locations, the Layton location is an embarrassment to the company. It was 102° outside and I sat in my parked car for over 45 minutes to get my oil changed even though I was the only one there. I don’t know who was helping me because they kept rotating through (including the manager) and no one knew what the other people had done. They quickly helped the people who pulled up behind me while I sat in my scorching car. For a long stretch, nobody helped me at all except the person underneath and he had to repeatedly scream, “Where did everybody go?” My thoughts exactly. When I got to the point where I felt like I was going to pass out, I asked for help and that employee wanted to know if I had my sticker or receipt. Nope. I didn’t have anything because I’d been ignored from the second I paid…30 minutes ago. They always reset my oil reminder and when I asked about that, nobody knew how to do it but one employee was willing to Google it if I gave him the make and model of my car…which was on the large screen in front of him. At that point, I was so miserable I had to leave and figure it out myself. I had to pull over at the nearby car wash for awhile with the air conditioner blasting before I felt well enough to drive home. I will never be returning to the Layton location. Nearly every experience there has been unfortunate. I wish I would stick to my three-strikes-and-you’re-out rule, but it’s at a convenient location to me and it’s never busy. Now you know why. Save yourself some headache and go to the Kaysville location. Or literally anywhere else.
