  Kaleb, Bruce and the new tech did an amazing job with my car today. I had the oil changed, the air filter and wipers replaced and the tires rotated. They were so nice and friendly. They always made sure I knew what was happening and the cost so nothing was a surprise. Just an overall awesome experience.

  I don’t normally write reviews when something goes wrong, because mistakes happen. What matters to me is what a business does AFTER the mistake — and this Valvoline absolutely knocked it out of the park. After getting my oil changed here, my skid plate came loose and ended up dragging on the ground. Obviously, not ideal. 😂 I called the store and spoke with Ty, who I later found out is the assistant manager. From the beginning, there were no excuses, no runaround, and no trying to pass the blame. He just wanted to get it taken care of. Then came the part I definitely wasn’t expecting. Tyler, the STORE MANAGER, actually came to my house. Not a tow truck. Not “bring it back when you can.” The manager himself showed up at my house, got down on my garage floor, jacked my car up, and replaced the bolts holding the skid plate on. THAT is customer service. Anyone can look good when everything goes perfectly. You find out what kind of business you’re dealing with when something goes wrong. Ty and Tyler took ownership of the situation and went way above and beyond to make it right. They turned something that easily could have resulted in a bad review into a reason for me to leave a 5-star one. Seriously impressed. This is how you earn a customer’s trust and their future business. Huge respect to Ty and Tyler for the way they handled it. 👏👏👏

  Came today and was helped by Italia, she ran everything so professional and friendly!! While juggling a few cars and employees. She’s a great manager with fantastic knowledge and patience. Wish I could have her help every-time I come!

  Technician left me with my car off and hood open outside in the heat for nearly 15 minutes.
