The service on coming to my home to replace my windshield was excellent and quick service also. The team was great and James was very friendly, professional, and updated me the entire time!! I would highly recommend them as this is the second time of using their service. Great company and staff with excellent service.

The bad: The anti-glare application either is a terrible product or was applied badly, it's very hard to see through the windshield because of the streaks and buildup from that product. I also got a small chip in less than 2 weeks after purchasing and they will not cover that? Pretty disappointed overall.

They set up a convenient time for me to bring it in. I didn't pick the car up right away, and they stayed past 5:00 on a Saturday to wait for me to get there to get it. Great customer service.

When it came time for the appointment (them coming to me) , it actually had to be rescheduled bexause it happened to be raining and I had no place that was covered. Wyatt checked in with me early in the appointment window, so I didn't sit around waiting for nothing. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, once again Wyatt contacted me early in the appointment window so I knew when to expect him. He later contacted me at the time he said he would to let me know he was on his way. The actual glass replacement and waiting time after were speedier than I thought they'd be. Wyatt was a complete professional at every step. He was friendly, efficient, and a clear communicator. His work on the windshield was great. I'd highly recommend Safelite and Wyatt.
