I have used Safelite for my auto glass repair multiple times on multiple vehicles over many years. I guess the fact that I keep going back is testament in and of itself of how I feel about them. Points of excellence: ease of scheduling either online or by phone; mobile service availability; ease of working with my insurance company; quality of work; warranty; care for my vehicle; and the list goes on. I had the unfortunate experience of needing a warranty claim some years ago, but it was simple and handled quickly with a no nonsense approach. The problem was rectified without argument, fuss, or delay. My vehicles are always left clean and smelling fresh. The glass cleaner they use leaves a refreshing scent! Bad luck has necessitated that I had two windshields replaced in the last 3 months, different vehicles, but the same great service and customer care. It will take a pretty awful experience to prevent me from being a Safelite customer for life!

I brought my car here because my rear view mirror broke off and a chunk of glass came off with it. I talked to an employee who said that was definitely a manufacturing defect. When windshield glass literally falls apart that means there was a manufacturing defect. Windshield glass doesn’t just fall apart unless it’s manufactured poorly. When I brought it in the tech told me that that's not considered a manufacturing defect and I'd have to pay for the windshield to be replaced. I won't be coming back

Isaiah was early, professional, and finished the repair in about 20 minutes. I'm extremely satisfied with the service! Hopefully I won't need it again any time soon, but if I do I'll be back.

Elvin was my tech. Great communication, fast install, and he came at the beginning of my time window. The cost for install was very reasonable as well. Great experience all around.

Safelite was on top of it from the very beginning of call one. They had great communication, throughout the entire process. The service on coming to my home to replace my windshield was excellent and quick service also. The team was great and James was very friendly, professional, and updated me the entire time!! I would highly recommend them as this is the second time of using their service. Great company and staff with excellent service.
