Buyer beware!
Their subscription is not easy to get out of. There's no where on line to opt out of it, you have to call/email them it. We canceled a few days before our normal monthly charge. They charged us 7 hours early. Made up a bogus story that our account needed 10 days notice to cancel. What are you a mortgage company?
Actual carwash and variety of locations is fine, But them sneaking this one last charge in which we will not be using at all as we sold that vehicle and our other vehicles don't even fit in it, is very corrupt!

I went to Quick Quack Car Wash in Layton today, and I had a great experience. They offer affordable prices, and everyone there was very helpful, especially Drake. He has an amazing work ethic and was extremely kind and professional throughout my visit. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his job because he always has a cheerful smile and is willing to answer any questions you may have.
Where do I even start, the wash was amazing it came out clean and shiny, vacuums had amazing suction, and the best part was the customer service. This young lady named Madi was so kind and helped me choose my wash. I highly recommend this car wash
No glas cleaner, doesn't clean well at all. The back of my car was still covered in soap. Every location I've been to is terrible. Some has glassc cleaner, some don't. Some have nasty towels that smell like awful like mold. Much rather use shiny shell or liters ANY other place BUT quick quack.
Cancelled all my subscriptions with this company in general. March 24th at 3:30pm I went through the car wash as normal, heard a noise on my roof, and drove out to park and vacuum my car. Turns out the wash’s spinning brushes ripped off my shark fin antenna cover and fried the circuit board underneath. The antenna coil was completely missing as well as seen in the image.
I went in and talked to some kid assistant manager who was not interested in fixing the issue. Got him to turn off the wash to let us go find the parts, only to have my fin cover scratched and dinged from the wash. Filed a claim with the store and was told in 10 days or less someone would reach out. Never happened. Also 10 days is a joke. After multiple calls into customer service, still got no help and no answers. Finally they reached out to throw their hands in the air and put blame elsewhere and say there was nothing they could do and the company is not at fault.
“After a thorough review of the incident, we have determined that the damage to your vehicle was not caused by our equipment or services.” How not??? It was perfectly attached before the wash and completely broken after… make that make sense QQ.
I would understand if this was an aftermarket part, but it is not, it’s factory, and this “customer service policy” is a joke. It is only to cover their deep pockets. It says “please remove or retract antennas” which cant be done, so just because the brush ripped off the part that was never lose or broken before i went in came off i now get to pay $1000 to replace the whole thing after parts and labor? Insane. This place/company is a joke.
Cancel your subscription and go pay less for a touch-less wash where it wont damage your car and tell you to fix it yourself for damage you didn’t cause to your 9 year old vehicle. My car is well maintained, clean and well kept. I wash it every few days and vacuum often. And now because this dumb car wash broke this part I have potential water damage and an antenna that doesn’t work and looks ridiculous until I go get it fixed now.
