Extremely unprofessional vibes at this Les Schwab- Marshall was giving hypermasculine attitude with a side dish of homophobia. News flash: Queer people get flat tires on their trucks too!
Ultimately, I'm giving this place 2 stars because they did go get Chris, the manager, when things really went off the rails; however, the biggest piece of this puzzle is why the store left the keys in their drop box until I we came to pick up the truck *at 3 pm* when we were told at 930 am that it would easily be ready by 1 or 2.
Marshall wouldn't answer direct questions about the truck and said they didn't have it at the store even though it was confirmed earlier to be there. I asked if there was a different store- no answer. I repeated the number I called and asked if that was their phone number there- no answer. I showed the appointment info I entered with the truck info and asked if he could find that- no answer. He just kept saying he didn't have the truck or our info. Finally, after getting nowhere with him, we had to walk the lot and point it out ourselves. He kept asking us to tell HIM who we spoke to when clearly he is the person working there and should have just gotten the help he needed from his peers right from the beginning. When a different person came an HOUR later to give us the keys (we were told it would take 15 minutes) and we asked for the names of who helped us, that person refused to give names... another example of bros defending bros there... BUT said that all calls are recorded and there are cameras. Great! Then Marshall didn't need to keep asking us who we talked to afterall!
Chris was nice enough and said he would look into what happened. That is really all that could be done at the end of the day- it's too bad he didn't address the issue earlier in the interaction. His assistant manager sat at his desk and watched the whole drama unfold and never got up to assist his mechanic or customers once during the interaction. Being proactive and customer oriented is a skill this place does not place a lot of value on. They were the closest place to tow to on a Sunday and they had a great opportunity to get a repeat customer from bad situation.
Unfortunately, I would say it would be best to avoid this place and find a more organized and friendly tire shop. Definitely don't go there if you aren't going to play "damsel in distress"or "gym bro" with Marshall and his buddies.
I'm traveling in my camper van with my three dogs. We were at Cracker Barrel and took off in the morning and had a flat tire. I called this facility which was about a mile away and I spoke with Amy who was very pleasant she said come right over. And then after review I decided to put all terrain tires on my camper van and saved the best tire as the spare. We are off-road a lot in national Forests and such and all terrain are incredible after driving on them for about three weeks .And they did an alignment. They were very pleasant. they fit me in when I was traveling, very polite. They gave me a military discount. Both the alignment guy and the gentleman who helped me throughout the whole process was very pleasant. I recommend this place
A little slow but they do a great job are super helpful and I've never had a bad experience here. Have only been amazed by them.

I had a puncture that needed to be repaired while I was travelling out of town and stopped by this Les Schwab location. Pierson was extremely honest, professional, and was able to get me back on the road quickly. There was no pressure to purchase four new tires or any unnecessary upselling, just straightforward, excellent service that went above and beyond. I really appreciated the experience and would highly recommend this location.

I brought my car into this location the other day, and asked to find the source of an incessant squealing whenever I drive.
After an hour and a half wait(no fault to them, it was in the middle of the afternoon and I made no appointment), a goggled gentleman named Matt tells me that all four of my tires badly need replacing, and quotes me over $600. I ask him what about the squealing, and he acts as though he's hearing about it for the first time. He says he'll find the source, and shortly returns.
He says my front AND rear brake rotors, calipers and pads need replacing, and quotes me around $1,900. I confirm that it all NEEDS replacing, to which he says yes. I ALMOST went into debt and permitted it, but the parts would have to be ordered, so I scheduled for the following day.
Immediately after leaving Les Schwab, I go and get a second opinion, and show the mechanic the quote. He has no idea why I was told to get my rotors, calipers AND pads replaced, when there was just a bit of stickage(his words) and that the pads alone needed replacing.
Despite this location being a 2 minute drive away, I won't be returning.
