  Within 7 days both my cousins and I’s car’s batteries died. Chris helped both of us on the purchase and switch. He is amazing and we really appreciated his help.

  I have spent a significant amount of money at AutoZone over the years, which made my experience at this location especially disappointing. While standing in an aisle directly next to the store manager, I politely asked if he could tell me where the window visors were located. His response was essentially, “I don’t know. Go up front and ask somebody else.” When I asked if he could at least point me toward the general area of the store, he responded, “I’m busy.” I understand employees have responsibilities and may be in the middle of completing a task. However, he was not assisting another customer, and I was asking for nothing more than a few seconds of basic customer service. A simple, “They should be near aisle ___,” or, “They’re toward the front/back of the store,” would have been sufficient. What makes this worse is that this individual was the store manager. Management should set the standard for professionalism and customer service, not make paying customers feel like they are an inconvenience. His attitude was dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. If someone in a leadership position cannot take a few seconds to respectfully assist a customer, they should not be representing the company in that role. I have spent a substantial amount of money with AutoZone, but this interaction was unacceptable enough that I will take my business elsewhere. I strongly encourage AutoZone’s district or regional management to address this situation. Customers have plenty of choices when purchasing automotive parts, and basic courtesy and customer service should never be too much to expect.
