They told us they wouldn’t get us in today but after we dropped off they called us shortly after and said the car died on them before they could pull it into the shop. They then said we had alternator problems. Our car has NEVER died before. They refused to test drive it and do the diagnostic service but they still charged the full fee. We also drove it home just fine and had no issues with it dying. Long story short- they don’t want to do the work but they want to charge the fee regardless. Find a different place!

They offer fair prices, amazing service, and fantastic customer care. The team has gone out of their way to help me and my family even when we are on tight budgets. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this honest and genuinely cares about it’s customers. 10/10 would highly recommend.
