  Don’t take your Subaru in. They have no clue how to fix them. I took my subaru forester in to get my thermostat replaced (I provided the thermostat and coolant) because of a check engine code. An hour later they called me and said my car never even had a thermostat to begin with and that they will put the new one in and proceed with fixing it. This left me so baffled so I started to do research and found out that 2019 Subaru Foresters don’t have a normal spring thermostat (confirmed this with the dealership) they have a CTV system instead of a thermostat. I called All Repair back and said, “Hey, so funny thing, my Forester doesn’t need a thermostat because it’s an electric one.” The tech told me he had no idea that they didn’t have a thermostat and that this was new information to him. When I asked if they would make it right and take it out (they should have been the one to catch this mistake in the first place, not me, the car illiterate customer) they told me that they would have to charge me another $300 to get the part taken out. They were incredibly rude and had terrible customer service. I then just decided to wash my hands clean from this place, pay the original $300, and get my car back so they wouldn’t break it anymore. I do not trust them what so ever. Now I’m dealing with an over heating Forester because they plugged my radiator hose with an unnecessary thermostat. Please go somewhere else.

  Wiper motor had exploded.They tried to change it, the one they changed with exploded.Then they found the problem fixed to and gave me a brand new motor for FREE!

  Definitely recommend taking your car here Ernie is an super awesome guy always willing to help you out...his staff are all really good and get the job done..wouldn't take my car anywhere else
