  Bevan took care of my service needs and was very professional and courteous. The line was long and it took quite a while, but he helped make it a pleasant experience anyway. I was satisfied with the service and customer care.

  They are so helpful, polite, communicate through each step and even ran to grab a cap for my car at autozone. Every visit is a pleasure with the staff there. Thank you for wonderful service!

  8:15 am - I pull into the Kaysville Valvoline parking lot behind two vehicles. I am feeling like it is WAY to early on a Saturday morning to be "adulting" but here I am rocking my responsibilities. I'm greeted by Zack, "Hello Miss, how can we help today?". This guy, his professionalism and genuine kindness helps me shake off my sleepy stupor. "I just need an oil change, thanks." And as he goes to work doing a quick check of my vehicle, I giggle because he called me "Miss". I'm an old lady, for heaven sake! But my day is already feeling brighter. Well done Zack 😎 Three other vehicles have now pulled behind me. This place is crazy busy. I watch as each technician works independently but also as a team. They are like bees in a hive, busy with purpose and each knowing the part they play. It's impressive. And all of this before they even start work on my vehicle. When I am asked to pull into the bay, I am again greeted professionally but this time by Jonah. He pulls up my information in the computer and says "Miss Petersen, how are you today?" and asks about my vehicle. He listens as I explain I might also be interested in replacing my battery and ask a few questions about general maintenance. Get this! He REALLY listened and never once resorted to man-splaining the answers to my questions. He gave me options and recommendations without pressure. Well done Jonah! 😎 Again, I watched as this hive of activity occured around my vehicle; tire pressure, filters, oil, windshield wipers...all checked with professionalism and precision. Next I'm introduced to Josh who is going to install my new battery. "I tell him that I appreciate their work and that I'm impressed with their team". He literally STOPS, takes the time to look at me and says "Miss, that means a lot to us". And he smiles a genuine smile and goes back to work. Well done Josh. 😎 Within about 45 minutes the whole interaction was complete, but I got to interact with a Triple Crown Team who made the start of my day better than I expected! Their consistent professionalism, positivity, and precision in their work is something I really appreciate.
