He was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable about the boat we purchased. From looking at the boat, to the lake demo, and then the purchase (he stayed 2 hours past close on July 3rd to close the deal) it was a great experience and will come looking for Austin again if we ever decide upgrade again.
