I explained my glass has been replaced 3 months ago and I don’t think it’s normal to have to replace so soon for another grand. The man was going on and on about how “it’s just luck and they use the same glass as the other shops”. This company will take your money, replace the glass that is easily damaged (on my 3rd cracked windshield) and the workers will be so condescending when all you’re asking is why the glass is being damaged so frequently.
- DMDylan MoyaApr 28, 20261.0Dropped off my wifes car to have her passenger side front window replaced due to a rock chip. The car had no other issues when it was dropped off. When we picked up her car it would not start. They had to come out and jump the car, plus her check engine light is now on. They stated it was worked on while the car was on, and they had to jump it to get it out of the garage. They blamed the battery even though there were no issues a few hours ago when we dropped it off. I suspect they messed up the wiring on top of whatever else due to some error messages popping up on thr dash. Now we are having to deal with a bunch of other issues they have caused.
