  I was helped by two people Wanda, and Richard, and they were both amazing very kind, very nice, very knowledgeable, and more than willing to help. I would recommend coming here to this AutoZone just for the customer service that I received. thank you, they're amazing

  Honestly just go somewhere else. The kid working was super rude and told me it was my “responsibility” to know the part number when I come in. I asked him politely to look it up and not only did I get a rude attitude for the team member the manager stood there and just let it happen. The kid just complained that if it doesn’t come up when he does a basic search that I need to know the part number and come better prepared. Worst experience ever and you can be sure I’m going elsewhere from now on. Both the team member and manager both need some retraining. Came in 3/21

  I went to Autozone to see if they had an air wedge that I could use to open my car door. Not once did any of the employees ask me if I needed help finding what I was looking for! When I finally asked a female employee, she showed me another product I didn’t ask for. When I asked her if she knew if O’Reilly Autozone Parts or any another Autozone store had one, she replied back, “I don’t know, I don’t work there,” with an attitude! When I told my parents we should go to another store, I overheard her talking about me to the other employees. I’ve never felt so humiliated in my life! So if you’re going here, fyi they have terrible customer service, are rude and they sometimes don’t have what you’re looking for!
