- KJKim JenkinsMay 27, 20263.0The staff professional and kind. I gave 3 stars because I reserved a compact vehicle several weeks in advance but they didn’t have one when I came to pick up. They gave me a “free upgrade” which was a full size SUV type van that seats 7. Gas mileage was 12-22mpg. With 1700+ miles and gas prices between $4.79 and as much as $5.55, that’s a lot of $ in gas. $500+. I reserved a compact car for a reason. I paid well for that “free upgrade”.

Reserved a mini van for our family of five road trip, thirty minutes prior to pickup we are notified that they don’t have a vehicle of that size available. This forced us to rent a full size SUV at the airport costing us significantly more. I contacted manager and was told there was nothing he could do for me.
