  Small outdated shower small old ugly dirty and above all FREEZING! yett the sink was scolding hot and sprayed water everywhere! With intense pressure. Wish i could say the same about the shower. But nope! The lady behind the desk was nice though.

  Best pilot ever. Yesterday I spent 2 hours to try to get fuel, food and a shower. Left without the shower. 30 minutes here I had all 3 and time to buy a new GPS. I wish all Pilots were run this well. 🙌💛

  I asked for a shower, and the employee immediately focused on the fact that I didn’t say “please.” She asked, “Where is your please?” I said, “Do I have to say please?” She then told me to leave, said they would not serve me, and told me not to come back. The way I was spoken to was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional from the beginning. I understand that employees deserve respect, but respect should go both ways. I was simply asking for a service, and instead of helping me, the employee turned a simple request into an argument and refused to serve me. I have never experienced customer service like this at a Pilot. Very disappointing and completely unacceptable.

  Extremely disappointing experience. The employee’s attitude was incredibly rude and disrespectful from the moment I interacted with them. I was treated like I didn’t belong there, and I honestly felt that I was being treated differently because I’m from another country. There was absolutely no basic respect or professionalism toward me as a customer. I’ve been to many Pilot locations, but this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Being from another country should never be a reason for someone to treat a customer with disrespect. Pilot management seriously needs to address this kind of behavior. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of their nationality or background. I will definitely think twice before coming back to this location.
