  On a road trip with my daughter from CA to CO and broke down in Salina, UT at the last gas station for 100 miles. I had the hood popped trying to troubleshoot. Shay asked me if I needed help. He was off the clock and tried to tighten one of the pulleys for me but no luck. We tried to make to his shop in Fillmore but the car completely shut down on the way. We towed it to his shop and Shay dropped us off at a motel next to his shop. He worked all night. Ran the diagnostics. Called me in the morning to review the work that needed to be done. A few hours later we were back on the road and made it back to CO. Shay followed up to see how the drive went. I appreciate how willing he was to go out of his way to help us and he is a straight shooter. I'm very grateful and highly recommend working with him.

  Payton at Pointe S is amazing. Truly 10/10 customer service. We blew a tire out on i15, he talked to us over the phone, stayed late, and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend!!

  Stopped in to get a nail out of the tire today. It turns out it was a small screw that didn't punch through. They were more than helpful to see that we got back on the road safely. Thanks for being very nice and helpful.
