I've gone here a few times. I don't drive enough to need a membership, so I always go for the single wash. The attendant always asks if I want the membership, which makes sense, they want to make a sale. But this last time the attendant was unbearably pushy. Usually I say no once, buy my wash, and go through. I had to say no four times. She just kept pushing, pulling up my order history to try to convince me this was something I needed. My husband in the passenger seat had to step in and intervene because the attendant would just not stop trying to upsell. In hindsight I honestly regret going through with the purchase because of how uncomfortable the situation made me. Then when I pulled through to the wash, the attendant there kept urging us forward, annoyed when I didn't because I was already uncomfortably close to the car in front of us. He then barely even sprayed the windows at all and tosses the sprayer on the floor after as he went back inside. Overall, it was such an offputting and uncomfortable I will be going out of my way to never come back to this location

I came through for a single wash and Jayden had to have been the best attendant I’ve ever met! Great energy, amazing sales skills, the employees here definitely make you feel welcome. Reason for 4 stars is I’ve been considering a subscription but after my last wash there was still dirt left somehow on my roof, on my tires/wheels and still all over my wheel wells, and 0 of the few times I’ve come through have I been pleased with the wheel wash in general. They also don’t have any cleaning sprays just dry rags, and the environment at the vacuums feels boring and extremely neglected.
