  We have always loved this location, we met the new manager Anthony, today and he is very kind and professional. All the employees were great. The kids especially loved the Popsicles Anthony gave to them. Everything went smooth and speedy!

  I found out they were under new management, and they were super great. I came in for a follow up top off and to see if they could do my brake fluid, which they couldn’t but that’s OK. They were super nice and pointed me to a nearby auto parts shop where I could get my brake fluid taken care of, after topping off all the basics

  Tieler was great, the process was incredibly easy and they gave solid advice that wasn't trying to sell me on unnecessary work, a breath of fresh air after getting service done at the dealership up until this point. Highly recommend.

  Came in for an oil change and received quick service and a thorough explanation that didn’t leave me feeling like I was taken advantage of. Will definitely come back👍🏽

  I had left a good review with 5 stars 7 months ago but I've since deleted that one to make this one. Stay away from here. There is a new manager named Anthony who unlike Zachary is very unhelpful and had his worker break a clip in our Jetta where you get to the filter. He denied it and I told him there was a record from Zachary saying one was broken 7 months ago but now after them trying to replace the filter this time, 2 were broken so magically another one broke. Nobody touched anything under the hood of the car or has since the last oil change. I saw a worker using a flathead screwdriver and bending it which broke the clip. I addressed this with the new manager Anthony apparently since Zachary quit according to a worker named Tieler or was fired according to Anthony the new manager. Very annoying and I know it turns into a his word vs my word type of thing at this point. Valvoline had gained a customer 7 months ago for multiple vehicles and people in the household but have now been blacklisted. Horrible service this time around with he current staff and the manager Anthony as well. Very unfortunate and I'm disappointed with Vaovline. I highly recommend you all go elsewhere. Reviews from before could be good but that was when they had an actual good team doing good work. At the end of the day, I left with just an oil change and a 2 broken clips to the housing where you get to the filter because they weren't even able to get into it even after breaking it. I'd give 0 stars if I could. They'll respond with a typical apology and excuses but it is what it is I suppose. Save your money, your car and time... Plenty of other places in the area. Avoid this one because the new team and new manager Anthony aren't good the way Zachary and his crew were last year.
