I have been to this location many times but today when I went for a routine oil change my car experienced an unrelated mechanical issue. Tristan and Anthony (as well as the other young guys in the shop) were so kind. My car was stuck in their bay, unable to move, just as they were supposed to be getting of work and heading home on a Friday evening. To say I was embarrassed and stressed is an understatement. But they were all so kind and helpful. Anthony even ran next door to O'Reilly to try and obtain a part that could help while another guy hunted down a charger for me to use on my nearly zero battery phone and make emergency calls. They definitely went above and beyond and I am truly grateful. What great staff!

Was helped by Anthony and Phillip along with the rest of the crew. This location is one we come to consistently because they’re always fast, friendly and helpful. Great staff and service that we’d recommend to anyone.

Anthony the manager is super kind, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need and was transparent about what dealerships do at the scheduled maintenance time so I didn’t get charged for something that was recently done. Would go there again just because he was so friendly and knowledgeable.

This is my first time coming to this location, but I always go to Valvoline for my oil changes. Came in for a routine oil change and workers were not the most friendly or helpful. They did not do all of the included checks like filters and tire pressure. I had to specifically them to check the tires because I knew they were low. The worker sighed as if I was inconveniencing him and then was yelling at his coworkers while he was filling up the tires. Things like “Can’t you tell I’m busy?”. Won’t be coming to this location again unfortunately.

⭐️ Extremely disappointing experience at the Draper location. I brought my car in for an oil change and left feeling like I couldn’t trust what I was being told about my own vehicle. Zachary rushed through the service and told me that my skid plate was missing. I told him that I regularly take my car to the Sandy location and they have never mentioned anything about a missing skid plate. After leaving Draper, I went directly to the Sandy location, where the manager checked my car and confirmed that my car does not even have a skid plate. So the information I was given at Draper was simply incorrect. The washer fluid situation was even more concerning. While Zachary was guiding me out, I noticed that my washer fluid warning light was still on and pointed it out. He told me that he had watched his partner fill the fluid and that my sensor must be broken. Again, I went to the Sandy location immediately afterward. The manager checked the vehicle and found that the washer fluid reservoir was completely empty. He filled it, and the warning light immediately turned off. So I was told that my car was missing a skid plate when it wasn’t, and I was told that my washer fluid sensor was broken when the reservoir simply hadn’t been filled. This isn’t just a minor inconvenience. It raises serious concerns about whether the service was actually completed properly and whether customers are being given accurate information about their vehicles. I have trusted the Sandy location with my car and have always had a good experience there. Unfortunately, after this experience at the Draper location, I would not feel comfortable returning. Customers should not have to drive to another location immediately after an oil change just to verify whether the work was actually done correctly. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses what happened.
