  We’re currently at Lake Powell enjoying time with family and friends, and we couldn’t be more grateful for Taylor’s Boats! When we arrived, our Malibu boat purchased from Taylor’s Boats was running a little differently than normal. The next morning, it wouldn’t start at all. Without us even having to ask or beg (haha!), Taylor’s Boats immediately stepped up. They sent someone from SLC to Page to deliver us another boat right to the dock and take our inoperable boat back for repair. That’s a 12-hour round trip, and to me, that truly shows what going above and beyond for your customers looks like. Thank you, Taylor’s Boats, for taking care of us and saving our trip! Your customer service and commitment to your customers are second to none. We appreciate you!

  Very happy with Taylor’s! They made a mistake, but more importantly, they owned it and went above and beyond to make it right. I bought a new-to-me boat and paid to transfer the warranty. After discovering several issues, I took it in for service. When I picked it up, I quickly realized that several things hadn’t been addressed. Jason, the service manager, personally stepped in, took another look, and made sure everything was taken care of. There was some frustration and confusion along the way, they even claimed they had review something I didn't even drop off. Jason immediately called me, apologized, and assured me they would make it right. When I arrived to pick up the boat, everything was fixed—including the two issues they initially said weren’t covered—they took care of it. They truly went above and beyond, especially considering I didn’t even purchase the boat from them. A huge THANK YOU to Jason, Tressa, Nash, and the entire Taylor’s team for taking care of me and standing behind your service. This is how you earn a customer for life!

  Buying my Axis from Taylor's Boats in Draper was really straightforward. Justin made the entire process easy, and I appreciated how clear everything felt. No stress at all—just a simple experience!

  Took my family to deer creek Monday the 20th. Watched Taylor boats company truck launch a new wake boat probably a demo after I launched mine Went to the shallows to let the kids swim had markers up and was amongst a few other boats anchored there with kids and a paddle boarder. Three times this guy came up making a severe wake. First time came between me and the other boat off my stern near my kids not more then 75 feet off us. Second time I positioned my boat between him and the paddle boarder to protect him since he was coming from a distance not paying attention. Third time iw archery him get within 50 feet of the paddle border causing him to sit down and try to ride out the ridiculous wake. This operator clearly didnt follow the 150 feet away law let alone the if i feel his wake in side of 10 seconds he is too close. He endangered my vessel my kids and a paddle boarder

  Sold my dad a total lemon and took no responsibility for it. Haven’t been able to use it for the 3 years we have had it.
