  Maverick has slipped. They are still strong with coffee and burritos, but the hot dogs are hardly ever stocked, and the donuts are gross. They used to have the best muffins, but they obviously are trying to make more money and they are much smaller, which ruins the way they are cooked. Now they are anemic and those once lovely muffin tops are now just over cooked, crusty and lame. This is not a location thing, its corporate and they ruined their muffins

  I’m a big fan of maverick. But this encounter with an employee today by the name of “Dellin” or “Dellin”(I think was his name) is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I asked him for something and he grabbed the wrong one. I paid and immediately noticed the mistake, he said I asked for one he grabbed, I explained to him the mistake and he said there was nothing he could do. He grabbed the wrong flavor of something and this appeared to be a simple fix. The item cost $23 and he said he wasn’t going to give me the correct one. He said I could come back tomorrow when a manager was there, this is in Draper, I live in Utah county. I was shocked that he refused to just fix this. He then called another employee to the front who actually had a brain, asked me what I asked him for, swapped it out and I was on my way. This guy should work somewhere where he does not encounter humans. He was disrespectful and told me I ordered what he grabbed. Just bizarre. Stay away from “Dellin” or whatever his name is. I work hard for my money, and he didn’t seem to care at all. He acted like I was inconveniencing him by asking him to fix his mistake.

  Location has poor parking. Even worse cashiers. Interior is small and dirty. I would skip this location if at all possible
