  We were buying a used vehicle and took it here for an independent inspection. They were extremely thorough and saved us from a bad purchase. I took a second vehicle that checked out. The best part they did not change both times although we insisted on paying.

  Showed up on a Sunday and was told the employees were in a meeting for another 30 minutes , showed up after that and still got no service an hour after i first arrived left after no employees even at the service desk.

  I’ve had a really solid experience at Grease Monkey. The staff is always friendly and easy to work with, and you can tell they actually care about taking care of you, not just pushing a sale. One thing I really appreciate is they’ve never tried to upsell me on things I don’t need, which is rare. There’s also a manager there who took the time to help me put filters in my car, which I didn’t expect at all and honestly meant a lot. Most of the team is just genuinely cool and makes the whole process quick and stress-free. Definitely a place I feel good going back to

  I received a coupon via email stating that 4/23 is National Oil Day and if you come in fully synthetic is $49.99. I needed an oil change so I went to the one I always go to by my house. Upon checking out I was told that the code in my email was not working but worked for others during the day. They couldn’t tell me why it wouldn’t work and then charged me $200. I will never go back and I will find another place to get my oil changed.
