They failed my emissions for no EGR valve when I clearly have one. The techs aren't trained and apparently don't have the ability to take 10 seconds to look up the location of a valve. I don't recommend anyone service their vehicle here.

Stopped in to get my oil changed. I had forgotten to ask for an emissions test when I checked in, but I did notify one of the girls after my car was in the bay. She said she would let the crew know, but apparently the message didn't make it, because when I got in my car and left, only to realize my emissions certificate was missing. I should have checked before leaving, would have saved me some time. So I go back to the shop and ask for my certificate only to find out they never performed the emissions test 😮 I'm giving 4 stars because of their commitment to make it right. They apologized and promptly got my car back into the bay and the emissions test was completed within a few minutes. Not great that they missed the test in the first place. What if I had tried to register my vehicle without the certificate (you can do this) and made the discovery then? But they saved this review because of the quick turnaround, and I for one appreciate good customer service. Mistakes happen, and these guys responded the right way.
