  Beware store does not stay open during post hours closes randomly based on how busy their store is. I called at 4 PM today and asked if they could do an emissions inspection for me. I arrive 20 minutes later and everyone was sitting out front saying that their district manager Nathan told them to close early because they weren’t busy enough and they refuse to help me.

  Horrible business. Emissions test took 2 hours to complete. There were about 5 employees in the bay area only 2 employees actually working.They got motor oil all over my interior steering wheel.,shifter, seat and center console. This place sucks. Sad business owners are not holding staff accountable and to cheap to provide seat covers or gloves etc. for custome vehicles.I would never return to this business.

  I never regret doing business with these guys. Great techs, an awesome mechanic (Aaron), and one of the most helpful managers I’ve ever met. My brake job was nothing but trouble right from the start, a lot of extra repairs to get things operational again. I couldn’t afford all the repairs so I decided to try doing it myself. As I was leaving the manager (Trinity?) came out and said she didn’t want me to leave unhappy. Not only did she honor the original quote but went above and beyond and gave me a great deal on the extra repairs. I’m always impressed with the crew here, they seem to care about making the customer happy. Highly recommend..

  Unwilling to stand behind their service. I went to get my annual vehicle emission/smog performed, and the technician was unable to "get my vehicle to communicate to their emission machine" but told me they still had to charge me the fee even though the service wasn't performed. The way they excused the communication malfunction left me with little confidence they knew how to perform the test. I frustratingly paid, giving them the benefit of the doubt. The next day I took the vehicle into a different shop and my emissions was run successfully without any issue. I returned to request a refund since I paid for an inspection that was never completed, and was able to prove that it wasn't a problem with my vehicle. Unfortunately the manager refused, saying that it wasn't their responsibility. Both the quality of work and the customer service was poor. I won't be returning.

  I came in today for just an emissions test with two vehicles in front of me. I am usually greeted when I pull up at a GM but wasn’t. From all I could tell there were only 2 employees working and after 30 minutes no one’s car was completed. No one seemed to live with any urgency as the 4 customers all looked at each other. So I left. Maybe they are usually better, but I won’t be back to find out.
