  Terrible customer service the guy on the counter Thursday afternoon was so very rude I’ve delt with enterprise for years always great service but today I was treated poorly.

  Always had a positive experience in Sandy, rented from Draper location since it was closer, Matthew called morning of to say the only vehicle they could currently get me in was a 15 passenger van, no trunk, and 15 seater van. However, if I gave him an extra hour he was sure he could get a 6 seater we came an hour later after waiting 45 minutes there at the facility he finally said he was going to get a 15 seater cleaned for us another hour later we were on our way with a vehicle that was definitely anything but what we had reserved, the next day I was called because it hadnt been brought back. We told him we had, he said we obviously hadnt, when we called back he replied that they found the key in the key box and the van in the lot, crazy isnt that where you would look in the first place you would look ??????????

  Enterprise is an A+ company to work with for rental cars. They treated us great and even picked up the car at the body shop when our car repairs were complete.

  Enterprise is a very good company and my experience with them was great. They provided me with a very nice van (I had requested a van) and went over everything with me, answered all my questions and made sure my phone was installed before I left their area.
