  Very poor prep work, misrepresents items, and can not get registration done before the temp tag expires! Sold as an XL was not! Sold as a ST was in fact a converted BH! Tire were never checked two were at 30psi and should been 120psi and then , the others were 60 to psi under pressure.They left the main power in switch off and run on our batteries to the point of running them empty! Failed to return calls from service manager, then when general manager was left two voice mails requesting call returns nothing failed to return call!! They are all about the sales and taking your money and that is were you become no longer of interest to them! Do not buy or use camping world Draper or Kaysville!!!

  If purchasing accessories, the price at the register never matches the shelf price (sale and non sale). Over 10 items purchase in the past few weeks, none of shelf prices match the register price. It's a hassle and the cashiers are annoyed when asked to adjust the price. I take a picture of the shelf price before I go to the cashier. This should not happen. They also refuse to match any of their online prices (even when you can order online and pick up in store with stock available). This is odd as Camping World is a national company and some states they operate in have "honest pricing laws" so one would think their pricing at the cashier would be more spot on. Sloppy of the Draper store.

  High mark up for most items. Was hoping for bigger selection. Do not opt for single ply toilet paper. It's not practically useful at all as it starts disintegrating before it makes it to the bowl.

  This was one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve dealt with. After concerns came up regarding the washer/dryer installation and modifications made to the camper, I spent over a week trying to get answers through calls and emails with little to no response. It felt like communication completely stopped until the financing was fully funded. Once they finally responded after funding, the attitude completely changed. Instead of trying to properly resolve the situation, I was spoken to rudely and repeatedly told the contract was binding and that the camper was mine regardless of my concerns. I had repeatedly asked for time before moving forward with the installation, but the vent installation was still completed. I then spent days trying to get basic answers about repairs, delivery, and what was being done to address the issue. The camper was eventually delivered with missing blinds for one of the windows, and after reaching out again about the missing parts, I once again received no response from either the salesperson or sales manager Luc. The biggest issue throughout this entire process was the lack of communication, lack of follow-through, and the way concerns were handled once the financing funded. I understand mistakes happen, but ignoring customers until funding clears and then responding with attitude when issues are raised is not acceptable.

  From beginning to end, our experience was flawless! We were never planning on ending up at Camping World, but we took a small detour on a one day trip and ended up with a dream come true and our first night in our new camper venture! We have to give credit, where credit is due. Zeke Dominguez was our sale associate who truly made every step not only painless, but fun! He cared about every one of us in our family and what would make each one of us happy for the best result. Zeke really payed attention to exactly what we were looking at for our camper and took his time with us with any questions, concerns, and suggestions. He made sure we got our starter kit, and all the services we needed. His customer service was really above and beyond making sure to keep the whole family happy and comfortable during the process of getting the trailer. He made sure he offered us a place to stay overnight knowing our family situation and it truly was a blessing. Tom Roy worked closely with my husband on the financial paperwork and made the process the best it could have ever been! He gave us every discount and opportunity on savings along with his kind personable demeanor. Matt was the tech who worked hard on ensuring we knew every circuit, switch, and every inch of our camper and how it worked. He also provided absolutely great tips and suggestions while ensuring that everything worked flawlessly for us! Chris was another tech that came the day we were leaving and ensured that we were fully safe and ready to hit the road. If you want the best full fledged customer service experience of a lifetime, Draper, Utah Camping World truly cannot be beat! The customer service industry could really use some lessons from this company. We are recommending them to anyone and everyone we know! Thank you Draper Camping World for adding another dream to our family adventures!
