Mark G. was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He went the extra mile to help me with my parts, even putting them on for me.

I went in to have my battery tested and learned that I needed a new one. The first employee wasn’t able to help me install it, but he told me to come back later when someone else could assist. When I returned, Peter I hope I have his name right helped me replace it. I hadn’t changed a battery myself since I was a kid, so I was a little nervous about doing it alone. They really came through and gave me a great deal on the new battery. It also turned out that my truck had the wrong-size battery in it because a former employee had switched mine with theirs. I’m grateful the staff caught the problem and helped me get the correct battery installed. Great service and a very positive experience!

Faster than I could ever hope for. I needed a new air filter. I hadn't purchased one for some time so I was used to looking up the filter in a book. It used to take me a good half hour to find the filter I needed. Today, when I walked through the door I was immediately asked how I could be helped and within 2 minutes he had my filter. I was in and iut in less than 5 minutes.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at AutoZone, especially with Kari and Pete. They truly went above and beyond in every possible way. I was in a difficult and stressful situation with my car, and they immediately stepped in with kindness, patience, and genuine concern. Kari even used his own personal vehicle to try to jump-start my car, and both she and Pete took the time to help me far beyond what I ever would have expected. They ultimately helped replace my battery and provided a level of service that was clearly above and beyond the normal scope of their responsibilities. They didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience or a burden! They were understanding, professional, gracious, and genuinely wanted to help me get out of a bad situation. This is the kind of customer service that is becoming increasingly rare and deserves to be recognized. Kari and Pete are exactly the kind of employees every company hopes to have representing them: hardworking, compassionate, professional, and willing to go the extra mile when someone needs help. AutoZone is incredibly fortunate to have them. Thank you, Kari and Pete, for taking such good care of me and turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. Five stars absolutely does not feel like enough!
