We didn’t know this place existed until we received some coupons in the mail, and we’re so glad we decided to bring my daughter’s car here for service.
From the moment we arrived, Connor greeted us and made us feel welcome. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the services we needed, the process, and the associated costs.
We also had the pleasure of interacting with Adam and Tyler, who checked in with us throughout our visit and kept us informed with regular updates. Both were courteous, attentive, and very professional.
In addition to routine maintenance, we needed the A/C system inspected and recharged. Pedro handled that service and was exceptional. He explained the diagnostic process, outlined the costs upfront, and kept us updated while testing the system, checking the pressures, and completing the recharge. His professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
While we were waiting, the shop became very busy, and after experiencing the level of customer service firsthand, it’s easy to understand why so many people choose this business. The combination of outstanding customer service, professionalism, transparency, and fair pricing truly sets them apart.
We will definitely be returning for all of our vehicles and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and exceptional automotive service.

Came to grease monkey and they were really cool had a check engine light on and 1st Caily told me straight off that it wouldnt be a good idea to do the emissions because of this where as other places would just do it. Then offered to look up code, right after a maintenance worker Eric im sure he saved me alot of money by just looking at the code that had popped up before and just told me to change my gas cap lol. Who would have known the gas cap could go bad and the light went off. Then came back did the emissions and the next guy Andrew told me that bushings and other stuff that they dont do that there needed some attention so that was out of his way as well. Anyway these people are attention to detail, very helpful, just awesome so thank you Cailey, Andrew and Eriic I just wish prices were better 😊

Came in at the beginning of May to get an emissions test for the car I just bought, everything went smoothly, I paid and got my receipt, told I was good to go and went on my way, not even thinking about an emissions paper, I assumed it passed and the info would be sent to the DMV, then last week I noticed I still have not received my registration tags, I contacted the DMV, come to find out, they never received the emissions test, went back in today, they reran the test, and it failed due to some not readys, so I explained that we came in last month and that I was told it was all good, they came back with the emissions paper from last month showing that it also failed for the same not readys. Why was this not brought to our attention? no one even told us, we never received the emissions paper, we paid $45 for them to scan it and tell us nothing, if someone wouldve let us know that it failed, I wouldve been able drive it, clear the not readys, and bring it back in before the 15 days so I would have not had to repay. They then proceeded to tell us there is nothing they can do, and when I bring it in next time I will have to pay the $45 again, even though there was no communication and I was not told that it failed. Will not be bringing my car here again.

Great place to get a quick emissions test and On the Spot renewal. They always have great suggestions and let you know about improvements that might be good to make before next year so everything stays in compliance.

I’m extremely disappointed. I have used them for years for everything, my family has all used them for years. However the one time we have an issue, they refuse to help. Claiming it wasn’t their fault. And we can’t prove it was them one way or the other. However odds are it was their fault. I would have been happy for a simply refund on my oil change to help me fix the parts they messed up. However they refuse to do anything. So we won’t be back, and neither will any of my family member.
