Pedro was extremely helpful in getting my check engine light to reset. Riverdale Toyota dealership told me it was on due to an ignition security issue and they couldn’t get it to reset. I was able to pass emissions and get back on the road. The techs at Grease Monkey could have easily just sent me on my way to solve the issue myself. I appreciate that they took the time to assist. I brought my truck in last Sunday to get the oil change, emissions and registration completed for my truck. I knew that it would need most things done as it hadn’t been done in a while. They still insisted on showing me to color of the fluids that they were recommending to do as well as showing me the filter prior to changing it. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly ensuring me that they would help me take care of my truck! As I was leaving all of the employees were friendly, thanking me for coming and telling me to have a great day. My emissions didn’t pass because I had to drive 100 miles to reset it. I returned today and again everyone was so friendly and helpful! Not once did they try to take advantage of me a a woman in a mechanic shop alone! I was treated with nothing but respect, care and kindness. Thank you all so much, I really appreciate all of your employees! I will be back for sure!!!

Grease monkey has really gone down hill as of late. They have now become part of the corporate machine and have lost all of their charm. Prices have drastically increased since my last oil change and service has drastically decreased. Always went there over Jiffy lube because they were honest and didn’t try to upsell everything. Not anymore unfortunately. I miss what they used to be and will be taking my vehicles somewhere else from now on. The one plus is that I think others have stopped going as well because there was only one other person so there wasn’t much of a wait.

I was having a terrible day (mainly having to do with other vehicle shops) and they completely turned my day around. They all were so welcoming and thoroughly explained everything they did to my car and where each dollar of my bill came from. I had at least 5 different people have genuine conversations with me and made me feel like more than just an average customer. Pedro and his team took very good care of me and my car and I absolutely will be coming back!
