  I’ve been going to Grease Monkey for a long time. I have noticed the “extras” they used to do, have disappeared over time. They used to vacuum the floors and clean the windows as a nice perk. They used to put the paper floor mats down to protect the carpet/floors from grease and they used to use the plastic seat covers to protect the seats from grease. Today they left oily fingerprints all over the door panel, oily shoe prints on the floor mats, and oil stains in my drivers seat upholstery. I took my truck back and one of the workers tried to clean it with glass cleaner saying “it will get the stains out, just let it dry.” Guess what? The oil stains are still there. Sure wish someone there cared enough to contact me and arrange to get my upholstery cleaned professionally. I’m sure I’ll have to do it myself. Depending on how (if) they take care of this issue, this might be the last time I go there.

  I went for an oil change and they forgot to put the motor oil cap back on, really not a good experience as I was traveling. I noticed all the oil spilled all over the place. They do not offer refunds, only next free oil change. If you go, please ask to watch what they are doing and maybe check it yourself. Big mistake from their part. I would recommend going to ANOTHER location and I would never get anything done here.

  Grease Monkey serviced my car quickly but the technician put the bolt to the oil pan in wrong. My car had a quart and a half oil puddle under it the next morning. My local mechanic had to fix it at a cost of $60. I have tried to get the Grease Monkey manager to talk to me but he will not return my calls.

  I came here because I didn’t want to waste my Saturday doing an oil change on my girlfriend’s Lexus. But when they pulled out the cabin air filter to “show me how dirty it was” they dumped a bunch of junk into the blower motor. And charged me $50 for a filter that’s $10 on Amazon. Instead of spending an hour charging the oil I got to spend several hours disassembling the hvac system on the car. Another service they push hard, the “engine flush” is a complete 100% scam. The oil is supposed to keep your engine clean. I hope nobody buys into this. I won’t be returning.
