Today, Sunday, July 5 I went out to get into my Honda Ridgeline and noticed a puddle of oil immediately drove five minutes from my house to the Centerville grease monkey I was greeted immediately. I explained the problem and they told me to pull it right in after a few minutes of assessing the situation, it was determined that my oil filter was leaking and the oil was overfilled. I had just recently bought the car from Performance Ford and Bountiful and they had installed a Ford filter instead of a Honda filter this amazing team I can’t remember all their names, Grant and Joseph and another young man put in the correct filter out of the additional oil needed and resolve my problem. I was so grateful to this team to be available on Sunday and they were very professional thank you Centerville grease monkey and God bless you.

I had a good experience with the shop, everyone was so nice a positive. I think I remember a Zach or Joseph checking me out and telling me about my car, this is great shop! My mom loves it too

I use to love this place. But now shortly after a oil change visit and emissions. I come to figure out while driving down the road that my coolant light is red. Pulled over and noticed they did not put the cap back on my coolant. So basically my car was burping out coolant all over itself. Took my car to a different oil change business immediately for them too tell me this is a major safety fail and amateur mistake on Grease Monkey and that they have heard and fixed plenty of mistakes from different grease monkey customers. In addition, this is the second time I have had a mishap from grease monkey. First time was my oil was leaking all out from a lousy tightening job they did on the oil nut. which I excused and gave them more chances..... But now this coolant issue has solidified my reason to never go there again. Just hoping my engine is completely fragged from all this cause they couldn't put a cap back on
