  I went in for an oil change and emissions and registration. The tech came to me with a recommendation to flush the brake fluid. She said it was dark. I said go ahead not realizing I had the brake fluid replaced 8 months earlier. This will be the last time I get work done at this place. Not trustworthy.

  Normally I have a good experience here. Last week I took my truck in for an oil change. They came out saying they cannot do it because the oil plug is stripped and it will not seal. They said I needed a new oil pan replacement. So I went and bought a new oil pan, pan gasket, oil filter, and air filter just because. Im standing under my truck which is on a lift at a friend's shop getting ready to do the swap myself and there is literally NOTHING wrong with my plug bolt or the oil pan. So now im out a bunch of money and time for no reason. Yes I can get a refund on the parts but its going to take a lot of very precious time to do it. Im a little frustrated over this whole thing. I wont say they were a rip off, but I did a whole lot of running around and time scheduling for nothing. At least this oil change will be done properly since im doing it myself.

  Grease Monkey in centerville is THE ONLY place I go to get my car fixed, they are so incredibly nice and cheaper than other shops. They let you know matnince on your car without making you feel pressured to fix everything at once , they have a great manger and a great team. Not to be dramatic but, I would rather die than go to another shop other than grease monkey in Centerville.

  This was easily one of the worst oil change experiences I’ve had. The service took far longer than it should have for a routine oil change, and there was little to no communication about why it was taking so long. What made the experience even worse was a young, tall employee who I believe was named Mark. He was rude, unprofessional, and appeared to be aggressive toward the other employees. Watching the way he spoke to them made the environment feel tense and uncomfortable. That’s not the kind of behavior customers should have to witness. Between the excessive wait time and the poor professionalism, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location to others.

  Not a great experience. When I arrived, there was one bay open and no waiting cars outside the bays. I produced a $25 senior citizens coupon for a full service oil change. I was instructed to give it to the attendant when it came time to check out. I also requested an emissions test and registration of my vehicle. After about an hour an attendant called me up to review my bill and suggest additional services at which time I produced the coupon again. After reviewing the services, I had to remind them of the emissions test and registration which had neither been communicated to the service techs nor performed. So I had to wait another 45 minutes for the emissions test to be completed. When the attendant called me up to check me out, since another tech had already reviewed the services performed, he just began checking me out without asking any questions or reviewing the billing. After running my credit card, I asked if the $25 discount had been applied. He responded “no” and said there was nothing he could do about applying the discount despite my producing it twice previously. So in the end, I waited for nearly two hours for a “not so quick” lube, oil & filter” and paid $25 dollars more than I should have been charged. It is unfortunate because I have been very loyal to this Grease Monkey operator over the years, but the nearby Jiffy Lube or Valvoline will likely get my business going forward.
