Josué L was the man with the plan, installed the battery for me when he didn’t have to, was a little more complex then normal. Much appreciated, saved me a trip to the shop for install and saved my family money. Highly recommend to all!

Came here alone as a woman and totally got taken advantage of. Was sold a battery by the manager Jose and told they don’t install batteries. They also charged me for add ons without asking. Had someone else install it in my RAV4. The battery didn’t last 2 weeks and found out it’s for an ATV. Brought it back and got it taken care of. Will never return and do not recommend, especially to women.

This is my local AutoZone and I’ve always had good service. Quick to help scan for codes if the check engine light is on. Inventory can be hit or miss, but that is the same with all the stores. It is really about the staff, and the crew here does a good job.

Had my Camaro misfiring. Took it to them for a scan on why my check engine was on. It was cylinder 2 misfire and my spark plug wire just came loose haha. But the staff were friendly and helped me and let me borrow the tools needed in order to fix it. I just needed a ratchet and some sockets to move coolant reservoir and lines in the way in order to reach and they were happy to help.

This is a long review who’s circumstances ended well. My 90 year old parents have older vehicles, 1993, 2005 Toyotas. They replaced the 1993 van battery a year ago with Auto Zone Duralast Gold battery and have had trouble with it holding a charge. Recently during an oil change they were told the van’s battery was only at 75%. We took the van to Auto Zone and were told by an older employee, the battery was fine, we had a parasitic draw or were not driving the van enough to recharge the battery. We were told to let it run a few more days a week. I think because of the age of the van the parasitic draw was their conclusion without checking it out. My parents no longer drive but their caregiver drives them in the van to appointments, errands, grocery stores and activities during the week putting between 60-80 miles a week on the van; including an hour freeway driving during a week. Upon recommendations from an Auto Zone employee, my parents started letting it run in the garage for an additional 30 minutes one day a week. When the battery died again, we had Performance Toyota, who have kept my parents older low mileage vehicles in great shape, pick up the vehicle and do an inspection for a parasitic draw. They did not find a parasitic draw and said it was a bad battery, it was not holding a charge. They replaced the battery with Toyota TrueStart battery. When we tried to return the Auto Zone battery for some money back, even a prorated amount, we were told all they would do is give us another new replacement battery, no cash refunds. My parents did not need a new battery at this point; they had one from Toyota. After long conversations and a few calls, the manager gave us a cash refund for the full cost of the battery. My 94 year old dad was very pleased and now could move on from this worrisome battery issue. Thank you Auto Zone for working with us on the problem.
