Whoever the old guy is with suspenders needs to learn customer service. I took in some oil. The younger kid was helping me and he butts in and goes “that’s been outside it’s going to have water”. He was wrong it was sealed. Then as I’m sitting there waiting I’m watching him help someone else and he was just rude. Not willing to help the guy with a return because he forgot his receipt (oreilly you can attach it to the account. I thought auto one was the same). Didn’t even attempt to look. Then gets after him for not zeroing the torque wrench on return. Like come on dude I’ve seen you deal with two people and both were horrible encounters.

Go to the store across the street…Having to just interact with the old crotchety man (who unfortunately is a manager) is just not worth it, god forbid you need to make a return. He treated the younger employee very poorly and was condescending to him as well. Sadly not just him having a bad day, as he’s horrible to deal with any given day.

I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone. I came in simply looking for a lug nut for my 2013 Chrysler Town & Country, which I expected to be a quick and straightforward request. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted me was extremely rude and confrontational throughout the interaction. His attitude came across as though he did not want to be there, and his manner of speaking made what should have been a simple customer-service interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. I understand that employees can have difficult days, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. I left feeling frustrated over an interaction that should have taken only a few minutes. Hopefully management will address the customer-service issues at this location. I would have expected much better from AutoZone.

Josué L was the man with the plan, installed the battery for me when he didn’t have to, was a little more complex then normal. Much appreciated, saved me a trip to the shop for install and saved my family money. Highly recommend to all!
