    The price for my wife’s rental was $448.45 and they charged her $700+ and didn’t even tell me. I also took the car in Monday at 5pm after hours and they didn’t check the car in until Wednesday @4pm I would assume they would check the car in on Tuesday morning which was the next business day

    Joel is fantastic to work with at this location! Was so helpful when a little mishap happened with my rental. He saved our family vacation! Very friendly and an excellent problem solver. I have had better luck at this location than the other stg one.

    Put a car on hold a week in advance for my dad. My dad got there and they told him the car he put on hold was gone and he would get a free upgrade. When they told him the total, it was 30$ more than he agreed to. He agreed to 88$ for the day. You charged him 120$! BECAUSE YOU didn't have the car you agreed to give him a week in advance! Why the hell does a 70 yr old man want a lime green car! Why did we even put the car on hold if you don't hold the damn cars? Irresponsible.
