    Put a car on hold a week in advance for my dad. My dad got there and they told him the car he put on hold was gone and he would get a free upgrade. When they told him the total, it was 30$ more than he agreed to. He agreed to 88$ for the day. You charged him 120$! BECAUSE YOU didn't have the car you agreed to give him a week in advance! Why the hell does a 70 yr old man want a lime green car! Why did we even put the car on hold if you don't hold the damn cars? Irresponsible.

    Jash at the Main Street Cedar City office was so pleasant, professional and fast. I really appreciated him. Also, Jarod drove me back to my home and was so helpful!!

    The cedar city location has the most impeccable communication skills I love the fact that they always whether they have a car they don't have a car for you they will communicate this with you and let you know ahead of time and put you on the list if they're able to they are top notch love these guys and gals
