  So this was a first for me cedar city manager tells me that they actually hate people working on there cars in there lot and prefer people to go else where which is weird because autozone is known for helping you get that quick fix? I understand if you aren’t very mechanically inclined and taking up space for other people . But usually autozone is the place to go when you need something for your vehicle , so I called in to see if they had a compression a tool to get a job done and Arron the manager tried to help me and made the process miserable which was a first for me at any autozone. I asked if it would be an issue to test the compression on a a small out board motor with two plugs , it would have taken seconds and yes I was completely fine with the fifty dolllar hold for renting the tool and usually any employee goes up and beyond when it comes to something simple like that and for some reason it just annoyed him and told me that the only autozone in cedar city hates when we break down or need a quick fix and stop for some help so I would just keep that in mind. That doesn’t go for every employee it was my experience with Arron and when I started to ask about him about 8 spark plugs I needed he weirdly starts laughing at me and while I was reading the plug size to him he puts me on hold like it was a joke so I hung up and called back and asked why he did that and awkwardly said idk? He continued to struggle to figure out a spark plug number and maybe I wasn’t being clear enough and if that’s the case that’s my bad but I’ve never had issues with crap like this so I wrote detailed review but i just felt like there was 0 care in the world and for it tobe the only autozone that we have in cedar I think I might just stick with Napa they definitely act a little more grown about some spark plugs

  I would like to share this awesome experience I had with the Ceder City Autozone. Mike, Riley , Makayla and Aaron went above and beyond expected. I broke down in Ceder city and they made numerous phone calls to find parts for me and drove me to other parts distributors to pick up parts to get me back on the road to my house boat vacation on Lake Powell. Mike the manager called me the next day to see if I made to Powell. This store and the people that work at this particular store are nothing shy of amazing. I cant thank you all enough !

  They were very helpful scott replaced our license plates lights that i couldn't get out on my own very appreciated thank you again

  I had an absolutely terrible experience at this AutoZone. The staff was unwilling to help me with anything, and the attitude I received was rude and dismissive from the start. The manager, in particular, was incredibly unhelpful and made an already frustrating situation even worse. I went in expecting basic customer service and assistance, but instead I felt like I was being blamed for a return I never expected to have to make. What should have been a simple situation turned into a frustrating experience because no one seemed willing to actually help. I left feeling like my time was wasted and that I was being treated like an inconvenience. If you’re looking for helpful, respectful customer service, I would seriously reconsider going to this location. The experience was disappointing, and the manager’s attitude was the worst part of it.

  While on a trip to Utah, my windshield wiper blade started falling apart at the worst time possible, during a rainstorm. Luckily Cedar City was close by, so I stopped by this store and the young lady at the counter helped me find the compatible replacement. I wasn't familiar with changing out my BMW's wipers with the adapters on the new blades, but an employee by the name of Rilee came out to help. Thank you to the awesome people at this Autozone! You all are the best!
