    I waited a couple of weeks to write my review as I didn't want to let my displeasure to be such a driving force. I really was hoping to be able to give a great review for the body work that we had completed at AP (Accident Pros) because we had some minor work done here years ago that was quite good. Well not his time. The work needed this time was quite extensive from a tire blowout that heavily damaged the bed and fuel plumbing on our truck. I must say that the paint match they did was good when the job was completed but I had to return the truck two times for other items to be completed or corrected and it still was not fixed. They had to remove the bed from off of the truck to replace the entire fender, which entails the disconnection of all of the wiring and hoses for removal. When the bed was reinstalled the wiring connectors seemed to all be reconnected but they were just left hanging everywhere under the bed. Nothing was reattached as it should have been and some of the lines and wires were resting on the exhaust pipe. They had told me that the truck was completed so I picked it up and when I got it home I luckily noticed these items before any damaged occurred. Also I found that one of the park sensors in the rear was triggering even though I was not close to anything so when I returned it for them to correct the other issues I let them know about the sensor as well. When the called me to pick the truck up, I looked underneath a little t verify some of the wire connections and also put the truck in reverse to verify the park sensor was fixed. Everything seemed okay at the quick check but I wanted to spend more time at home with my creeper to verify all of the hoses and wires were secure as required. All seemed good with the wiring and hoses, as it should have been on the initial completion. When I was going to move the truck later that day, I noticed that they, AP, had switched my headlight switch from auto to the off position. So I switched it back to the auto selection because I have always left it there for the convenience. Well as soon as I put the truck in reverse the park sensor triggered again. So I called them to have them check the sensor again, and at this time I had not yet correlated the switch with the sensor. I took the truck back to them and they had it to correct the sensor for most of the day. They called me to pick up the truck and stated that they had replaced the sensor and it was now fixed. So after verifying the sensor didn't trigger in reverse, I got the truck home and parked it in my dark shop and that is when I noticed that the headlight selector switch had been changed back to the off position. So I turned it back to auto and as soon as I put the truck in reverse the park sensor triggered. That is when I realized that they, AP, had figured out that they had created a wiring issue but instead of fixing it they just tried to cover it up. They wasted more time repairing a rim and re-bed linering the truck, which wasn't really needed, to gouge my insurance quite a bit extra. They need to pay attention to ALL of the fine details and not let the trainees be responsible for critical wiring issues without supervision.

Needless to say, there was a lot of trust involved, not only in buying the car, but in choosing the right body shop to bring it back to life. KC and the entire Accident Pro's team exceeded every expectation. The quality of the repair work was outstanding. The fit, finish, paint, and overall attention to detail are exceptional. The car looks fantastic, and it's obvious the team takes pride in doing the job right rather than simply getting it out the door. Equally impressive was the communication. Throughout the entire process, the team kept me informed with regular updates. That level of transparency and customer service gave me confidence every step of the way.     Literally everyone in this shop is top notch! Best customer service by far. I promise you are wasting your time and money taking your vehicle anywhere else, I do not trust my truck or bike with anyone else and unfortunately I have had to take both of them there more than a couple times.

    Excellent service. My vehicle was ready for pickup before promised date. Work is excellent and my car was cleaned and vacuumed upon picking it up. Highly recommend.
