  Watched the kid drop a screw to the air filter and not look for it or care that it did not get installed. Never did the final oil check!

  Normally these guys do a fantastic job but this last time it didnt. I went in for a routine oil change and had them also change out the air filter. I noticed my car was shaking a lot more than normal ('94 ford explorer so it bound to be a little shaky) but apon start up today the car was rocking side to side like I was jamming out to my favorite song a little too hard which is impressive seeing how my sound system hasnt worked in years..... I popped the hood and immediately saw that my Air Intake going to the engine wasn't even tight and half off of the part where the filter is located. No wonder my check engine light has been turning on when I go over 40 mph. Luckily for me it was an easy fix so I reconnected my air intake and tightened the very loose metal strap that holds it in place. Being a little annoyed by it I decided to give Valvoline a call so I could let the techs know what happened to help them not let this happen to someone else, and got answered by a computer saying it can help me. After telling the computer what happened a time or two it decided it was now time to try an connect me to the service shop so I could talk to a tech. It made a really loud beep and shortly after said that it couldn't connect me to the shop at this time and asked if there was anything else it could do, I asked for it to try again, holding the phone away from my ear this time, and same thing happened. I asked why it cant connect me and got the simple answer, "unfortunately I dont have a number for the shop at this time"..... 🤦‍♂️.... niiiice..... what's the point of posting a number that gets you no where. But anywho thats besides the original point. I've added a photo for reference, luckily nothing bad happened, but easily could have. I hope the techs see or get wind of this so they can better themselves and their quality of work.

  The location was slammed, and I saw everyone absolutely hustling and working hard and fast to try to keep wait times from being outrageous. Super impressed by the group working that day.
