  This is my third windshield replacement by Safelite when I got my car the windshield was broke I had it replaced by Safelite in another state it stress cracked it was replaced free of charged as advertised no hassle. Recently I had a rock kick up and break it again I liked their quality of work. Prices are affordable if you don't have full coverage ins. and repair techs were considerate and quick.

  I have used safelite for 15 years. I will NEVER use them again. Their warranty is a joke. They lie through their teeth, will not help the customer and have gotten extremely expensive. They need to go back and review their business model or they will continue to lose loyal customers who drive 2+ hours to get to them.

  The technicians were fabulous! The booking was a little tricky with company being short handed, which happens sometimes I get it, but overall I would recommend safelite to others.

  I couldn’t be with the vehicle when the tech arrived. He was still able to fix the rock chip, he did such a great job that you can’t even tell where the chip was.

  Great experience. Customer service is great. They are quick and knowledgeable. Website was frustrating though. Glad I went in person instead of giving up and going somewhere else. The service was worth it.
