  Despite an initial misunderstanding in which car needed the windshield replace on both occasions the technicians where friendly, professional, curteous and considerate. Calling ahead of time to inform me about when to expect them. The work was done quickly and competently.

  Great location. Team was fast, did great work, and went above and beyond to adjust/fix trim pieces that had loosened. Great work all around—and that's from a guy who has historically been no fan of Safelite.

  Safelite is a great place. I seem to need to get my windshield fixed from getting rock chips. Every time has been great. Easy to set up appt and quick service.

  As we were driving through Utah, our windshield was struck by a bird and half the window was destroyed. We were still 250 miles from our destination but the car was driveable. We pulled over and called Safelite. They could not have been easier to deal with or nicer. They set us up with an appointment the next day at our final destination of Bountiful. The gentleman who greeted me at Safelite and the one who actually replaced the window were so kind and responsive. They even vacuumed the glass out of my car. I was so impressed with the customer service provided at the Bountiful location. They completed the work in a timely manner and did an excellent job!
