  TO LAZY TO LOOK.Had a new catalytic converter installed went to take in for emissions 10 min later they come out telling me they called the county flagged the car and wanted me to take it there because they where unsure. And there was no serial to check. After talking to them they did not even jack the car/get underneath it to check the federal serial number on the new cat. Had them jack it up while I called the county. Luckily on the phone making a very little open window apt they found the serial that "wasnt there". Would not recommend this place to anyone. "Took photo in my own drive way and was able to find the number"

  Took my 2006 Audi a4 in yesterday they failed me saying I had a “high flow catalytic converter” I know it is not it is a stock replacement and it’s passed previously. I took it to another shop and they said everything was good so I got the documents for the part proving it met state requirements after about an hour of back-and-forth saying their tech was confused they finally passed me. While at the shop they broke my hood latch. The cable is no longer attached and they are saying it was like that when I brought it in while I know for sure it was not. Definetly will not return. The techs need to be trained better if I had know less about cars I would’ve gone and payed hundreds to have a new cat installed when I did not need one. So glad I got a second opinion and had grease monkey retest everything to save me money. Will be giving them my business in the future.
