The next time you get insurance to cover a rental, do yourself a favor and pick this location.

- MTMatty Tayo3 days ago1.0In 30+ years, I've maybe rented from a different company 5 times. I love enterprise. However, this location went out of their way to make my day a nightmare. I don't often escalate to corporate, but they need to know the pleasure Cameron and Matthew took in sending me back home in another Uber because I recently moved and didnt happen to carry my utility bill with me. I did provide my updated insurance declaration, and bank statement, and literally rented from Enterprise just last month, but was still turned away. Cameron had every chance to make this reservation another great Enterprise experience, but instead chose to push a loyal customer back into the street. Thanks for welcoming me to the neighborhood! It might serve the company better if these 2 guys just cleaned the cars.

They were obviously short on help, it took 1 1/2 hours to drive off the lot! I won’t be using them again.
- JBJohn BurgoyneJun 17, 20263.0The guys there were friendly and nice. However, I made a reservation for 1:30pm but the the detailing guy went on lunch so our car still had to be cleaned and we couldn’t leave until 2pm. I was disappointed with that but otherwise it was fine.
