  I recently had my windshield replaced by Safelite and couldn't be happier with the service. My technician was professional from start to finish and arrived right on time for the appointment. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. It's refreshing to work with a company that respects your time and does quality work. Highly recommend Safelite if you need windshield repair or replacement. My technician even offered to replace my window wipers but I had already bought some that morning. Easy, simple, efficient, and quick.

  These silly ridiculous selfish people want $185 to fix a tiny star little crack on my windshield. I thought he was joking. He laughed and said no dude it’s kind of stupid. The guy who told me what was up was cool and honest.

  Cancelled my appointment with zero notice. I had to call them and ask if they were still coming, they weren’t planning on contacting me at all. Wasted a lot of time and energy accommodating them. I had to drive with a shattered back window for 3 weeks because of their mistake. I think they forgot to order the glass for my car and just didn’t say anything to me. When they finally got the part, the tint is different than the rest of the windows in my car. My lane safety features aren’t working very well either after they replaced my windshield too. Wish I could give 0 stars. Should’ve gone with a different shop, I know better now.

  I came here for an entire windshield replacement, I paid for the upgrades on the service, thinking I was going to be taken care of. To come back to my car once the service was done to have fragments of plastic dust, and dirt all over my dashboard seats and car. They’re remedy for the solution was to spray my leather down with aerosol window spray. I had to stop him before he did too much damage to my dashboard. They made the excuse that they were too busy and had a person who was training doing my replacement. This is beyond unacceptable and below the service I would expect for somebody that was recommended by my insurance. Don’t come here save yourself the time and hassle and go somewhere else. They did absolutely nothing but offer me a vacuum to vacuum the car up myself.
