- TCTerry Cutler3 days ago4.0The service team at this location were all friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue after a windshield replacement. The technician cheerfully responded and resolved the issue. The only reason that I didn't give 5-stars was due to the online scheduling process with my auto insurance provider, which could be greatly improved. As to the service and location, they did great.
- SBStacy Brown5 days ago5.0Easy to schedule. Kevin, the technician, was friendly, informative, and quick with the replacement of my windshield. He even cleaned the old glass crystals off my dashboard.
- GHGreg HallOct 1, 20265.0My experience at the Safelite Autoglass in American Fork has always been outstanding. The lead team member Shawn has a tremendous amount of experience & has been a pleasure to work each time I’ve had an Auto Glass need. Highly recommend!! A+++
- AJAustin JonasSep 28, 20261.0I had Safelite come out and do a repair on a rock chip on my Tesla Model Y windshield. They did it, charged me a ton, and within a week the crack expanded to 24” both ways. Their quote to replace the windshield is $100 more than anyone else even with their “warranty” on the failed repair, and won’t refund me. I wouldn’t recommend Safelite to anyone.
- KPKamden PierceSep 19, 20265.0we came by to this store this guy named Grady comes out and has a great attitude, and says what the problem might be. We go over to AutoZone get the motor get it to him and then we start driving our way up to another place to go get another part that we might need, I can’t remember what it was but he said that it could be two issues so we went to go get that part. Gave us a call and says oh I got your thing already finished he straight up fixed my car in 10 minutes. That is the type of guy I want fixing my car, if you are questioning whether or not to come here trust me these guys are the people you want to go to. They will get your car fixed up as quick as you can imagine. Thank you again Grady😁
