Went there to have a basic carwash for $12.99, thought it was kind of expensive but still wanted to give them my business but I after I pulled up to the cashier was told because I didn't have a license plate in my car they couldn't wash it. Really??? I even told them I am a dealer and gave them the email of the business, or they could get a vin number or something, nope nothing, didn't even try to help. Also, be advised you can easily scratch your rims at this location because of their super narrow entrance/exit areas. Do not recommend!!!!!

[FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO SIGN UP, READ BEFORE YOU DO]
A few months ago, I was involved in a fender bender inside a Quick Quack car wash. After the accident, Quick Quack confirmed that the other driver was at fault. The site manager even told me they would be happy to provide the security footage to my insurance company so a claim could be filed with the other driver's insurance.
For weeks, I followed up with Quick Quack trying to obtain the footage my insurance company needed. Most of the time they didn't respond. When they finally did, they refused to provide the footage, despite the site manager and multiple employees previously telling me it wouldn't be a problem. I even have those communications in writing.
I appealed the decision, only to be denied again. What was even more frustrating was that Quick Quack refused to provide any explanation for why they wouldn't release the footage. After multiple employees told me they provide footage regularly, I can only assume there was some kind of internal failure or that something else is going on (shady).
All I can say is they stack cars in there like sardines. There is a legitimate chance something goes wrong. Next time you're there, pay attention to how closely the cars are spaced, how often the wash stops unexpectedly, or when there are issues with the conveyor belt.
For Quick Quack to acknowledge that I was not at fault, while there is obvious damage to my vehicle, and then refuse to provide the footage needed to resolve the claim is honestly shocking. I'm not asking for much. ((It is obvious this company does not care about their customers)). Thousands of dollars of damage and this company won't just simply send the footage.

Everything about quick quack is great except the same thing that every one of these car detailing tunnels have an issue with... They don't wash the back of your car! It's funny to me that no one has figured this out yet, is it really that hard to do? Get me one of those big fluffy spinning mops, an electric motor, and some duct tape, and I'll figure it out for you guys in a couple hours! 😂
