  This was, without a exception, the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. My situation required a straightforward, on-the-spot registration renewal. To ensure a smooth transaction, we proactively called the office prior to driving over. We explicitly verified two things: that the necessary renewal stickers were in stock, and that arriving close to closing time would not be an issue. We were assured by staff that this would be no problem at all. Despite arriving five minutes before the scheduled closing time, we were met with outright rudeness and a flat refusal to assist us. The staff immediately offered conflicting excuses to justify turning us away. One employee claimed they had already logged out of the system, while another claimed the DMV system had automatically logged them out. This blatant contradiction made it entirely obvious that the staff was simply eager to leave for the day and refusing to do their jobs. To make matters worse, the employees completely walked away from us without offering a single apology for the wasted time, effort, or inconvenience. A business that gives false assurances over the phone and shuts its doors on customers during posted operating hours is deeply unprofessional.

  Jiffy Lube American Fork checked all the boxes today. GREAT WORK. I came in to get my Volvo XC90 registered. It needed an emissions test. I came here after calling around and not getting any responses from other shops(note to other shops, answer your phones, OR adopt an answering service for future customers). River greeted me happily and welcomed me in. Gave me simple instructions and showed me the customer waiting room. I was able to watch all the work they were doing from the several windows inside the waiting room. Their technicians were moving around to get me in and out quickly. Lane, checked me out. Asked if I had any questions, and even help me find a coupon online to use for the service! (Thanks Lane). At the end Breaunna help remove my old stickers and add my new one giving it a nice clean look, rather than sticker on sticker mess. Other things I noticed, inside the store, prices are clearly posted, and BIGGER for the services they do more of. (see pictures) They were the American Fork Chamber business of the month, and I didn't know you can bring your old oil here to recycle. Thanks Jiffy Lube. Keep up the good work!

  **1 Star – Incompetent Service & Zero Accountability** Brought my 2024 Ram RV van here for a simple emissions test. The technician couldn't get the vehicle started and immediately claimed the battery was dead. In reality, the tech just didn't press the brake pedal down while pushing the start button—basic operation for any modern push-to-start vehicle. Instead of admitting a rookie mistake, they hooked up a another vehicle, started it properly, and ran the emissions test with cleared readiness monitors, causing the van to fail. When I brought this up, management refused to take any accountability and doubled down, insisting the battery on a brand-new 2024 vehicle randomly died while sitting in their bay. Avoid this location if you want technicians who actually know how to operate basic vehicle features and a management team that stands by honest service

  Me and my family have been coming to this JiffyLube for over a decade, I went in today and the lube techs were amazing EXCEPT for their manager Andrew. His service has made me rethink about who to trust with my car, and for fellow customers reading- DONT. I beg that you go to any quick lube in the area besides SS JiffyLube. I asked for tire pressure fill, since theyre free, they were completely empty with no business. The kids who helped me were kind, but their attitude completely changed for the worst near their manager, and told me to avoid all business if Andrew is there. They didnt end up helping me and they told me to leave. Maybe Im just a Karen, but I hope your cars dont suffer the consequences.

  Typically I change the oil myself, but I was helping a single Mom get into a car. The car needed an inspection, and an oil change, so I thought I'd save time. Well, it didn't work out. Lane was very courteous and helpful welcoming with a smile. The car helping had low and dirty oil, they did an "oil change" and three miles later, it looked like it needed to be changed again. Instead of informing me of the condition, they sent me away with the car only to have dirty oil in the end. When I checked the oil and found it dirty, I returned to the American Fork Jiffy Lube and THAT'S when they informed me the oil was low and dirty. After waiting 20 minutes for help, they were very curt and offered no help or alternate solution. This experience reminded me why I service my own vehicles. Would not recommend and will not return.
