  I had been coming to Grease Monkey for about a decade and Mike has always been awesome yesterday. I went in because I was told that Sunday and Tuesday were the slowest days so I went in there and there was a whole different crew there which is fine. they only did the oil change and didn’t top off anything else which is what I usually would have. I don’t know if that’s supposed to be paid for or not, also it costed way more than I’ve ever paid to get an oil change before with the same kind of oil. Also, the Customer Service was not good. I wasn’t told what I was done to the car and the girl who was checking me out, was eating chips and talking in a very high-pitched kind of sending away which really irritates me so maybe she should get retrained I also did buy a bathroom spray for their bathroom because it’s really nasty in there and someone should figure out how to clean it.

  I took a fleet vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation, and emissions inspection and registration. I told the tech upon arrival that the vehicle has a OBS GPS tracker and gave her the Fob to silence the beeping. I returned in about 40 minutes and the car was not done. Tech said they had not been able to get into contact with corporate fleet for approval. I had left my phone number so I could be updated and never got a call. I returned after an hour and the vehicle was done but no emissions. “Not able to complete emissions”. I was told that they do not do emissions for vehicles with an OBD GPS unit installed!!! What??? Why not tell me before? They knew that before. In addition, they replaced the front windshield wipers and I did not ask for that since I had just replaced them four days ago! They insisted they were worn and torn. IMPOSSIBLE! The wipers were top brand and new! And they kept the new wipers the took off! There are dishonest practices at this location. Horrible experience and terrible customer service. Dishonest and falls into feeling scammed. I will never ever go there again or recommend them.

  I went in for an oil change and made sure to tell them that my car needs a specific gasket since it’s an Audi and they said oh yeah we got you before I could finish talking than as I suspected when I got home there was a leak I went in 4 separate times after getting it changed initially and everytime they cut me off saying oh we got you until the last time and I made sure to Finnish my story on what they had to do and I’m just praying it won’t leak tonight
