  Mike, Kelton, KC and Mike’s son (sorry I forgot your name haha) they are literally all the best. They fixed a tough problem we had with our car and were so kind and friendly to us. They were the best help and are amazing and efficient in what they do.

  You lost a customer today. I mentioned to my greeter that I had a 50% off coupon and he told me that I could use it once everything was finished. Unknown to me, he then only gave me oil options that didn’t work with the coupon. At checkout, he then said the coupon was no good… Please be upfront with your customers if their coupons are actually going to give them a discount or not.

  Oil change was fast. Price was decent. But after completing the oil change the employees proceeded to rev my truck to the moon. Not sure the reasoning behind it but seemed pretty reckless to be treating a customers vehicle like that. Will not be returning.

  Mike the manager of the store and his crew were prompt and friendly. I needed to get my emissions done,and it only took about 10 minutes. They checked my lights, battery,fluids,and topped off the air in my tires. Mike even opened my car door for me as I got in to leave. Redhead gal, who checked me in and out ,was friendly and very professional, and made sure I was aware of other issues, not related to my emissions, that were recommended to be fixed. I plan to come back to this store to get these other issues fixed in the future.

  I went in for an oil change and they did their normal, your filters are dirty, your oil is dirty you need this service. I politely declined them all. They said my car was done and tried to charge me for a full synthetic oil change on my 2004 Honda Accord. I told them no one asked me what I wanted and I wasn’t paying for that. Told them to drain in and put the other oil in. After back and forth they gave me the “employee” 50% discount to try and make the price a little bit better. Well I then showed them my coupon and they said we already gave you a discount. I let them know what oil I wanted and then the $25 off coupon and my price should be around $45. All said and done at the end they gave it to me for that. Be very careful as they tried to just do what they wanted and charge me for it. I would not recommend this location by any means. The Saratoga Springs one is much better.
