  Great company but the crew at Enterprise in American Fork did not check wiper spray for windshield spray was not working. Pump may have not been working or lines may have been clogged.

  When renting an oversized vehicle and returning in a different location make sure to ask them if the place has height restrictions!

  We are grateful to Enterprise for their great cars we rented while ours was in the shop for weeks! I was given a car that kept reminding me that it needed an oil change. They had me bring the car back and swap it out for another one (I chose that rather than getting the oil change myself and trying to go through the process of getting reimbursed). The car was smaller than what I own but I agreed to take it rather than wait to track down a larger vehicle. At pick-up they wanted me to pay for days that I shouldn't need to pay for (there system did not have the latest info because insurance had not updated it yet). So I had to stay on top of insurance, the repair shop, and the rental, to have them all keep things updated in order to not be charged. I had to get the insurance on the phone while standing at Enterprise to have the insurance manually extend my rental time in order to not get charged. So.... having to help manage the process seems unnecessary but we are all fighting "the system."

  Friendly staff, and quick Service, I was in a relatively quickly on the drop off, the pickup was a little bit more lengthy but they seem to be short-staffed on that day, but they were still very friendly and efficient once they were done attending others that were there before us. I think part of that issue was that they were moving, that was the only confusing part about this as they had moved about a mile and a half away from the location we picked up the car, but other than that everything went very smooth, significantly smoother than a few other places that we had rented from recently. Whatever you do, do not rent from any company associated with Cartrawler!

  “Good morning, I just survived the chaos of needing a rental car and walked out smiling thanks to Nate, the assistant manager at Enterprise in American Fork. This guy deserves a medal — or at least a lifetime supply of coffee. I showed up expecting the usual boring transaction, but Nate greeted me like we were old friends, cracked a couple jokes that actually landed, and somehow made the whole process feel like hanging out instead of doing paperwork. He hooked me up with a way better car than I booked, explained everything without making my eyes glaze over, and even walked me out like I was a VIP. Nate’s the kind of employee who turns a Monday morning errand into a highlight of your week. If you’re in American Fork, do yourself a favor and ask for him. Tell him the guy who almost cried from joy sent you. 10/10, would enthusiastically rent again. Nate, you’re a legend!”
