  Extremely disappointing customer service experience. I was specifically told that several vehicles meeting my criteria would be available for me to choose from the following day. I was also instructed to call back to confirm availability before making the trip. When I called as directed, the associate answered the phone while clearly assisting another customer. After saying “hello” twice, I was told, “Please wait a minute, I’m with another customer.” If you’re unable to take a call, let it roll to voicemail or place the caller on hold appropriately rather than answering and immediately treating them as an interruption. What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of follow-through. After being assured that multiple vehicle options would be available, I called to confirm and was met with vague responses and what felt like annoyance that I was simply following the instructions I had been given. When I asked whether the vehicles would be available the next day—a day later than originally promised—the response was, “We’re going to do our best to get you some options.” That is a very different message from confidently telling a customer that specific vehicles will be available for review. Additionally, basic phone etiquette appears to be lacking. When answering business calls, employees should identify the company and themselves. Professional communication and setting realistic expectations are fundamental parts of customer service. The issue wasn’t the vehicles—it was the lack of communication, inconsistent information, and the feeling that my time was not valued as a customer.

  Outstanding location recently added Sunday's 1 to 4 PM in particular Noah Zimmerman and Nate Whitten were great agents, assisted me with my reservation from California. They were very busy and handled about 12 people at a time so this is a great location and I appreciate having real people assist me with my rental. I'm from California and this location has been a dream to work with.

  I made a reservation for a 15 passenger van bc I had arranged for a tour group with my business. I thought making a reservation was something I could trust. But on my way to go pick it up, I called just to make sure it was ready to go and I was informed they had given it away. I was told the inventory on their site wasn’t accurate and I shouldn’t have been able to reserve one. Do you think I got a phone call informing me of that? Any type of heads up so I could have made alternative plans? Nothing. They embarrassed me and ruined my plans and I will never trust them enough to business with them again.

  Not sure what’s worse. Wrecking my car or dealing with the staff here. Slow and anything but punctual. Hour and a half late with no heads up no apology and no sense of urgency. They told me at 8am they were going to bring a vehicle to me at the body shop. I even offered to uber there if that would speed things along. They actually picked me up at the shop, the driver who took us went 2 miles in the wrong direction and I still had to wait nearly an hour to check in and get my car. All things I could have done in the time I was waiting. Car given to me smells awful and has some white mystery liquid all over the carpet. Not sure if it was vacuumed. Go to the location in Saratoga Springs!
