  SHIT SERVICE LONG TERM RENTAL- I was told to bring a car in that got a flat tire they reserved a car for me in an hour the guy was completely nuts saying he gave away my reservation. I was told to exchange it and then went out of my way to to their location- said we gave it away go to jiffy lube/ RUDE DOESNT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CARE FOR MY TIME

  The team here was absolutely great and took care of us from pick up to drop off. We had a small inconvenience involving our rental that was handled promptly, professionally, and with customer care and safety being a top priority. The customer service, communication, understanding, and quality of care around the issue was top notch. Jacob and Ex were so awesome with handling everything needed to take care of us.

  Worst Enterprise Customer Service Experience I’ve Ever Had! I’ve done business with Enterprise for years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Enterprise location. I came to the American Fork location simply trying to rent a vehicle. From the beginning, the employee assisting me had a terrible attitude and seemed more interested in making the rental difficult than actually helping me. First, I was told they would only rent me a vehicle if I rented it for a minimum of one week. I was also told I could not return it early. Then, after going back and forth, I was told the only vehicle they would rent me was a minivan and that everything else was unavailable until later or possibly the weekend. I asked if he could check other Enterprise locations nearby for availability. Instead of trying to help, he told me I would have to personally call each individual Enterprise location myself. No effort to check the system, no attempt to find another solution, and absolutely no interest in helping a longtime Enterprise customer. What made the experience even more disappointing was that the manager appeared to be right there and did nothing to address the situation. I understand that vehicle availability can be limited. That is not the issue. The issue was the attitude, the lack of effort, and the complete absence of customer service. After years of doing business with Enterprise, I expected much better. Customers should feel like the staff is at least trying to help them not like they are an inconvenience simply for walking through the door.

  Cat made my experience complete shit. I do not recommend as she made a stressful situation more stressful.
