  Issac was amazing we got pretty messed over by another rental company. They took care of us last minute. At a good price and in a good time even with them being slammed

  I reserved a car at 2:00 PM, they called me at 2:20 PM letting me know that they didn’t have the car that I reserved but they could get me into a different car a little later in the day (4:00 PM) and it would be about $11 more. I let the guy know thats fine and that I am working so I will get there when I can. Then when I get there they let me know that they don’t have my car there, they didn’t think I would show up so they rented it to someone else. The only car they had left they said would be $80 more. Why did they not call me to see if I was coming before they rented it to someone else?

  My experience with Enterprise has always been really great! Particularly with this last experience the gentleman who helped me was great, helpful, courteous and followed up with me to let me know they had worked with my insurance and they paid what they were supposed to. His name was Ax ( or Ox) and he was top notch!

  When I got to the rental company, I was greeted and taken care of by The General Manager Exe and Noah there. They helped me through the entire rental process and everything that I needed and made sure that I felt valued and important. If I need to rent a car for any reason again, I’ll definitely be renting with enterprise in the Future. And also I call the store the day before and they helped me with all my questions ahead of my rental too. So thank you for making my rental car journey a success and an enjoyable experience
