  I started my day thinking I'd be leaving a 1 star review here. I brought my car in about 6 weeks ago for a brake check, which they did and told me the brakes were fine and didn't need replacing. Fast forward to now, my brakes were making the most awful noise. I took it somewhere else who said my brakes were metal on metal and I needed to replace the pads and rotors. At first I was so mad I'd been told they were fine. But I called Clegg Auto and they got me right in to see what happened. All my brakes but one were still fine, that one was apparently stuck and not functioning correctly and that's the one that wore down to the rotor. Even though it probably wasn't their fault, they totally took care of it and we're fast getting done. I've never had an auto shop I was really loyal to, I just went to whoever could get me in. But I'll be a loyal Clegg Auto customer now. They really take care of their customers and make things right. Highly recommend.

  The job is not quite done yet, but I’ve been very happy with the service they’ve provided so far. They were able to fix some wiring issues on my motorhomes engine after a rodent cut through a bunch of wires. They were able to get the check engine light to turn off and now I am working on clearing all the codes so that it can pass emissions testing. Hopefully that will happen soon after I drive it a while to clear the codes. They got the job done faster than they initially estimated, although it did cost a lot more than I was hoping it would. But, that is understandable based on the issues they found and fixed.

  Was told that I needed $2,500 in repairs before they could fix my alignment. Took it to Another shop for a second opinion where I was told everything was fine and was charged half the price Clegg quoted to get my alignment done. Another mechanic told me that if the issues Clegg had “diagnosed” were present, there would be noticeable performance issues while driving, which there were not. Several weeks later my car is driving like a charm with no issues. Beware of the free snacks and fancy lobby. You are paying for it.

  I called because I needed new rotor's and brakes. The dealership was trying to charge me $1400. I was calling around to see the prices of other places, and when I called and talked to Trevor he was able to get the rotors, pads with labor less than half. Not just that I appreciate how fast they were they were Squeezing me in more than halfway through the day. Lastly, every time I call they are so nice.

  This was my first time coming down here for a couple of repairs on my car, I was super nervous because I was told that not a lot of people knew how to service German, engineered cars. So when I gave them a call and talk to Trevor, my worries and stress went away!! They were super helpful on telling me what my car needed and what the car was missing. But when I saw the price I was kind of scared to go through with it but they work with a company that offers financing! So when I saw that I jumped right at the opportunity, once I got my car became it was just like new! I have yet to have a problem with it and I’m very satisfied about my visit to this Auto shop. Clegg, You guys did yalls thing with this one.🙏🏽
