He was uncommonly kind, friendly and transparent, explaining everything to the most minute detail and working with me on price and services in a way that felt honest and straight forward. He handled my concerns efficiently, and made sure I was given a loaner vehicle at a wonderfully manageable price. He also offered valuable insight to my vehicle situation and presented all the information we discussed in organized writing on paper and through secure web links. Each compiling extensive explanations of each issue, with videos, photos and live commentary from the mechanic on what was going on. On top of that, he added a student discount to my vehicle repairs. I walked away feeling 110% confident my vehicle would be taken care of. His manager was equally friendly and transparent, even offering me tacos when they accidentally ordered too many for lunch! If Clegg Auto could receive a 6-star rating it still wouldn't be enough. Thank you for all you do guys! 😊
