Booked a full size SUV online and drove 1/2 hr to pickup but they said they didn’t have any cars that size even though there was 2 suburbans in the parking lot. You can’t get ahold of the direct locations to check if they have a car available and they were less than helpful when we did finally get through to customer service they were not helpful at all. SUPER FRUSTRATING.
