  We visited Valvoline today and had the pleasure of being taken care of by an exceptional team: Ethan, Carol, and Z. It’s not every day you encounter a team of young professionals who demonstrate this level of professionalism, efficiency, attention to detail, and genuine pride in their work. Every member of this team was focused, knowledgeable, and worked together seamlessly. I especially want to recognize Ethan, who truly set the standard for what exceptional customer service should look like. His leadership, professionalism, and the way he carried himself throughout our visit stood out immediately. He went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, and it was evident that he takes both his responsibilities and the customer experience seriously. As someone who recognizes the value of strong leadership and excellent service, I hope Valvoline's management takes notice of employees like Ethan.   I had a great experience at Valvoline. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I arrived. They explained the services clearly, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary add-ons, and completed my oil change quickly. I appreciated how courteous and knowledgeable everyone was. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and would recommend this location to others.

  I popped in for a quick oil change on my way out of town. Turns out my battery was bad. They tested it 3 times for me to make sure. The battery was still under warranty, but unfortunately they did not have one. They went above and beyond to find a Valvoline fairly close to me that did have it in stock, then called ahead to let them know that I was coming and what the situation was. The people that work here are wonderful. I go to them for all of my needs. Highly recommend.

  Courteous and communicative staff. Fast and efficient service. Mgr. Carol took the time to explain the correct placement of my air filter to me for future reference. I always leave there with confidence that my car has been well checked-out and maintenanced. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there!

  BEWARE THE BATTERY WARRANTY IS A SCAM! They made it multiple excuses not to Warranty my battery. The vehicle was stranded so I had to purchase another battery just to get back on the road. Still have my Valvoline battery That is no good and this is what they explained to me at the Wylie Valvoline oil change location. The first excuse was if it's not in the vehicle, they can't Warranty. the second excuse was if you've already bought another battery we can't Warranty the battery. Tried to speak with the manager and got disconnected now no one will answer the phone at the location. All a bunch of BS, I've never heard of such a thing. BEWARE THE BATTERY WARRANTY IS A SCAM!
