  I have always had a problem getting an inspection at this place. No one was ever around that could do an inspection. It was always, the one guy that can do them, was off. This was always frustrating because Valvoline is literally on my way home from work. Very convenient. I have gone here four times over the last four years for an inspection and oil change, and never did them there. "I'm sorry, our one guy that does inspections is off," was always my answer. So off I went .....again to Jiffy Lube, which is also on the way home, but not my preferred choice. They have done my last four inspections. Shouldn't everyone that works there be certified to do an inspection? Anyway, this time, however, I was able to drive in and get my oil changed and an inspection! Although, I had to make two trips. This is what cost the "highly satisfied" and "extremely likely," review. Apparently, you cannot get an inspection past the hour of 7 PM. Urgh! I was there around 6:15 PM, but they started with my oil change, and strategically moved from car to car, service to service and then 7 PM arrived. The staff was very nice, apologetic and even gave me a 20% coupon, which anyone can get, so it wasn't much of an apology. I was told to come back at 8 AM the next day to get my passing info paperwork. So, I made another trip, out of the way from my "to do's" the next day. I showed them the paperwork indicating I already paid for the inspection, but the guy, "reinspected" so I was there another 15-20 minutes because, again, they were moving strategically between three cars and services per car. So, not happy that I had to sit through another inspection. Again, staff was apologetic and nice, as was I, but not what I was expecting, according to the tech the day before. He said I would just come in and get my passing paperwork and be gone. Some improvement on these conditions needs to take place. I'll still go to Valvoline, only because it's conveniently on the way home from work, but not after 6 PM. That gives them one hour to do an inspection, hopefully more than enough time.

  It was a great experience. We really loved how well Amber and the rest of the team treated us. She definitely was very knowledgable about issues that were happening to my car. I looked into a problem she saw on my visit there and I really appreciated all the suggestions on how to get the best performance for my car. 5/5 stars for her! For going above and beyond!

  I had a great experience at Valvoline. The team provided excellent service and was incredibly professional from start to finish. What really stood out was how they handled my curiosity. I asked a few questions about what they were actually doing, and instead of rushing, they took the time to explain the process to me. They showed me how they drain the old oil, replace the filter, and why the specific grade of oil they used was the best fit for my car. It is rare to find a shop that is both efficient and willing to educate their customers. I left feeling confident in the work they did and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone who values transparency and quality work.

  I had such a great experience at this location! I called ahead to make sure my oil was in stock and they even sent me a $25 coupon for my service. Amber and her team that assisted me were fantastic. I really appreciate the great customer service from this location and will be coming back.
