  Should not be called “instant” a simple oil change has taken over a half hour the last 2 times. Today took nearly 45 minutes and I was the first car when they opened. All while the list of things they try to sell you is ever growing. Filters, windshield wipers, batteries, blinkers brake and headlights. Come on guys, I don’t need an inspection I want a quick oil change. They used to be a lot better.

  This is the only place I will go. The people are quick, professional and friendly. I came for an inspection and oil change and saw the doors open… so happy they were still open. When I rolled out at 7:11pm they started shutting the doors. I asked when do you close and Carol answered “7pm”. I could not believe they didn’t show any signs of being frustrated with me or anything. They are top notch!

  I’ve been coming to this Valvoline location for about three years, and normally I’ve had a good experience and found the team to be thorough. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. About a week ago, I brought my 2020 Infiniti QX60 in for an oil change and also had the engine air filter and cabin air filter replaced. After returning home, I noticed an unusually loud roaring noise whenever I accelerated. Since I don’t drive this vehicle very often, it remained parked in my garage for most of the week. When I drove it again today, the same loud noise was still there, so I took the vehicle back to the shop. It appears that the engine air filter/intake assembly was not properly secured after the filter replacement, leaving the intake loose and causing the loud roaring noise. Thankfully, I didn’t drive the vehicle very much in this condition. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when customers trust professionals to service their vehicles, basic items like this should be carefully checked before the vehicle is returned. I hope the team takes this as an opportunity to reinforce quality checks so similar mistakes don’t happen to other customers. I’ve been a loyal customer of this location for several years, but unfortunately, this experience has made me think twice about bringing my vehicle back in the future.

  Had my oil change and headlight bulb replaced here just two days ago, but the bulb stopped working today. I came back for help, but they refused to replace or check it, saying it was a wiring issue, and the manager wasn’t available. Very disappointing service—I will not be coming back to this shop again.

  Service was awesome as always . It was even busy but carol and the techs were on it and keeping cars moving in and out .there communication is great !!! Ive had nothing but great service every time ive been going there and will continue too. Even though it was hot I didn't want to run my car while waiting , but for the service and attention I got , or I get each time ..it was well worth it!!! 👌
